This study was aimed to verify characteristics of responses from DAPR according to emotional labor and job stress of social workers. The research subjects were 202 social workers who were working in public and private fields in 5 locations outside of Seoul and emotional labor, job stress, and DAPR test were conducted. We used higher and lower groups for final data analysis according to emotional labor level and job stress level, and performed independent sample t-test and discriminant analysis. The results of this research can be summarized as follows; First, this study verified the differences in the characteristics of responses to DAPR between high and low emotional labor groups of social workers. The detailed items of the stress area that showed significant results were wind strength, rain and human contact, total score of stress, and the overall discriminatory power was 76.1%. and coping resources area that showed significant results were facial expressions, strokes, total score of coping resources, and the overall discriminatory power was 74.6%. Second, this study confirmed the differences in the characteristics of responses to DAPR between the high and low job stress groups of social workers. The detailed items of the stress area that showed significant results were the strength of the rain, rain and human contact, total score of stress, and the overall discriminatory power was 71.0%. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in the area of coping resources. It is considered that there is a possibility of using DAPR test as a tool to measure emotional labor and job stress of social workers.

본 연구는 사회복지사의 감정노동과 직무스트레스에 따른 DAPR 검사의 반응차이 와 판별력에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자로는 서울 외 5개 지역의 공공과 민 간영역에서 근무하는 사회복지사 202명을 검증하였다. 측정도구로 감정노동과 직무스 트레스, DAPR 검사를 실시하고 사회복지사의 감정노동과 직무스트레스 수준에 따라 상·하위군으로 분류하여 최종 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 각 영역의 반응 차이를 알아보기 위해 독립 표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 또한 유의미한 차이가 있는 항 목들의 변별력을 검증하기 위하여 판별분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 사 회복지사의 감정노동 상·하위군이 스트레스 영역에서는 바람의 세기, 비와 사람의 접 촉, 총 스트레스 항목이 유의하게 나타났으며 전체 판별력은 76.1%이다. 대처자원 영 역에서는 얼굴표정, 스트로크, 총 대처자원 영역의 항목에서 유의하게 나타났으며 전 체 판별력은 74.6%이다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무스트레스 상·하위군이 스트레스 영 역에서 비의 세기, 비와 사람의 접촉, 총 스트레스 영역의 항목이 유의하게 나타났으 며 전체 판별력은 71.0%이다. 반면, 대처자원 영역에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 DAPR 검사가 사회복지사의 감정노동과 직무스트레스 를 측정할 수 있는 그림심리검사 도구로서의 활용 가능성이 있을 것으로 여겨진다.
