The 2015 Moral Curriculum emphasizes moral reflection and practice for the moral growth of high school students. Moral reflection and moral practice can be achieved not only through individual efforts, but also through participation in social activities. Social participation activities in this period are generally made in the form of youth activities. It is contribute to the moral growth of students. So it is necessary to find ways to conduct youth activities using not only moral education, but also the hidden curriculum of the school. In order to utilize the hidden curriculum of high schools as well as moral education, it is necessary to emphasize the role of the principal who is in charge of school operation. Therefore, we explored the effects of the role of principal's experience and students' moral growth through an organized establishment of social cooperatives in high school. To study, Narrative inquiry was used as a research methods, and in-depth interviews of research participants were conducted.

2015년 개정 도덕과 교육과정은 고등학생들의 도덕적 성장을 위해 도덕적 성찰과 실천을 강조한다. 고등학생들의 도덕적 성장은 개인의 실천 노력뿐만 아니라 사회 활동 참여를 통해서도 가능하다. 고등학 생들은 초·중학생들과 달리 사회적 활동에 참여할 수 있기 때문이다. 이 시기 사회 참여 활동은 대체적으로 청소년 활동으로 이루어진다. 도덕과 교과뿐만 아니라 학교 잠재적 교육과정과 연계한 청소년 활동 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 도덕과 교육과정과 연계한 창의적 재량활동, 학교 잠재적 교육과정 과 연계한 청소년 활동은 학교 운영의 책임자인 교장의 승인이 있어야 한다. 학교 청소년 활동의 승인, 학교 잠재적 교육과정의 자율적 운영, 교사·학생·학부모들과의 네트워크 구축은 교장의 승인과 참여가 있어 야 할 수 있는 교육활동이기 때문이다. 이에 우리는 B시에 위치한 봄 고등학교 교내에 설립한 청소년 활동 인 사회적 협동조합에 참여한 교장 역할 수행 경험과 학생들의 도덕적 성장을 내러티브 탐구를 통해 연구하고자 한다. 그리고 이를 통해 고 등학생들의 도덕적 성장을 위한 학교 청소년 활동 방향을 모색하고자 한다.
