As the domestic cosmetics industry grows, the domestic cosmetics container industry is also growing. Even in this market for cosmetic pump containers, airless pumps are one of the most important components, including essence and lotion. However, the problems with the airless pump are various. Therefore, we would like to examine the overall problem of the airless pump first and then present and analyze the improvement cases of the problem. studied Referring to various reports on methods and scope, it focused on cases in which LG Household Health Co., Ltd. was actually improved and commercialized between 2010 and 2015. The problems with conventional airless pumps were largely divided into pump structure problems, management problems (molding, assembling), dissonance with contents, and design limitations. Among the problems, the improved cases were classified as inner container molding deviation, button molding defect, nozzle leakage, air hole defect, and design improvement. Examples of improvements include the addition of mold processes or the creation of new containers. As the problem was improved, a new courage was derived, which rather led to a new paradigm. I hope that these problems and improvements will lead to a positive impact on the container industry. However, there is a limitation in that the contents were only dealt with in the courage that was conducted by LG Household & Healthcare Company. We will also study the case of other container companies in the future. I hope it helps the cosmetics container industry in the future.

국내 화장품 산업이 성장하는 만큼 국내 화장품 용 기 산업도 성장하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 화장품 펌프 용기 시장에서도 에어리스 펌프는 에센스, 로션 등을 담고 있어 중요한 구성품 중에 하나이다. 하지 만 에어리스 펌프의 문제점이 다양하게 나타나고 있 는 실정이다. 이에 에어리스 펌프의 전반적인 문제에 대해 먼저 살펴본 뒤 문제점에 대한 개선사례들을 제 시하여 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 방법과 범위에 있어서 다양한 보고서를 참 고하면서 실제로 (주)LG생활건강에서 2010년~2015 년 사이에 개선되어 제품화되고 있는 사례들을 위주 로 정리하였다. 기존의 에어리스 펌프의 문제점은 크 게 펌프 구조상의 문제, 관리문제(성형, 조립), 내용 물과의 부조화, 디자인의 한계로 나누었다. 문제점 중 에서 개선된 사례는 내(內)용기 성형 편차, 버튼 성 형 불량, 노즐부 누액, 에어홀 불량, 디자인의 개선으 로 분류하였다. 개선 사례에서는 금형 공정을 추가하 는 사례 혹은 새로운 용기를 제작하게 된 사례도 존 재한다. 문제점을 개선하면서 새로운 용기가 도출되 어 오히려 새로운 패러다임으로 진출하게 되었다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점과 개선사항을 진행해가면서 용기 산 업에 좋은 영향으로 이어져 나가길 바란다. 다만, LG 생활건강 업체에서 진행된 용기에서만 내용을 다뤘다 는 점에서 한계가 존재한다. 차후 다른 용기 업체의 사례에 대해서도 다루면서 연구할 예정이다. 앞으로 의 화장품 용기 산업에 도움이 되었으면 한다.
