The youth of today, in their 20s and 30s, grew under the influence of neoliberalism. In the winner-take-all surroundings, many of them are suffering from emotional poverty and other kinds of survival problems. Against this backdrop, the number of young Protestants is declining, and they keep leaving church. Even so, Christianity has failed to provide them with answers which can free them from their sufferings. Moreover, no theology for the very cohort is present. This paper believes that addressing the era's request for youth missionary work as well as the absence of youth theology is needed considering the internal and external odds are against the Korean church's youth ministry, and the pace of the youth leaving church is accelerating. This is why this paper seeks theology for the youth. Then what kind of youth theology is needed to holistically heal the generation of neo-liberalism who is going through spiritual despair and emotional poverty? Proclamatory Youth Missiology is a powerful kerygma that can realize the possibility of the Word of God that exists between “already” and “not yet” for the youth. For today's young people, suffering from starvation of both their bodies and soul, the gospel should be a kerygma that must be experienced and fully enjoyed for themselves before it is proclaimed outward. Also, Proclamatory Youth Missiology can be understood as a new form of ministry of homiletics, it pursues holistic recovery of the youth, discipleship in daily life, dialectic, publicity, and independence. Furthermore, Proclamatory Youth Missiology can change the way of sermons from the existing pastor-centered one-way to voluntary testimonies of the youth that can motivate youth to join in God’s truth to embark on missions. It also restores the Apostolicity of the Church, thereby creating a community of reading, testimony, and practice.

오늘날 청년들은 신자유주의의 영향 가운데 성장하여 ‘승자독식(勝者 獨食)’의 시대적 분위기 속에 여러 생존적인 어려움을 겪으며, 정신적 빈곤 상태로 살아가고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 청년 개신교인의 비율은 지속 적으로 낮아지고 있으며, 청년교회이탈 현상도 심화됨으로써 청년사역은 큰 위기를 맞이하고 있다. 그러나 오늘날의 기독교는 청년들이 겪고 있는 문제들과 어려움을 해결해 줄 수 있는 대안을 제시하지 못하고 있는 실정 이다. 또한 급격한 시대적 변화 가운데 현 청년세대에 적합한 청년신학도 부재(不在)한 형편이다. 이에 본 논문은 한국교회 청년사역의 대내외적 환 경이 악화되고, 교회이탈현상이 가속화되고 있는 시점에서, 청년선교에 대 한 시대적 요청과 청년신학의 부재현상에 대한 응전으로서 청년선교신학 을 도출하고자 한다. 그렇다면 신자유주의 시대에서 영적 방랑과 정신적 빈곤을 겪고 있는 청년들을 전인적으로 회복시키기 위해서는 어떠한 청년신학이 요청되는 가? 선포중심의 청년선교신학은 이미(already)와 아직(not yet)의 긴장 사 이에 있는 하나님 말씀의 가능태를 이 땅을 살아가는 청년들의 존재와 삶 의 실제적인 현실태로 변화시킬 수 있는 케리그마의 권능적 선교행위이다. 오늘날 영혼과 육체의 굶주림에 시달리는 청년들에게 복음은 타인과 외부 세계를 향해 선포되기 전에, 먼저 그들의 삶의 실제에서 온전히 누려지고 경험되어져야 하는 케리그마이다. 또한 선포중심의 청년선교신학은 새로 운 차원의 선포방식으로 이해되며, 이는 청년들의 전인적 회복과 일상의 제자도, 변증성, 공공성, 주체성을 지향한다. 나아가 선포중심의 청년선교 신학은 청년 예배에서 기존의 목회자 중심의 일방향적인 설교를 청년이 주 도하는 새로운 사역 플랫폼으로 확대시킴으로써, 하나님의 진리에 동참하는 청년선교를 촉발시킬 수 있다. 이는 동시에 교회의 사도성을 회복시킴 으로써 낭독 공동체, 증언 공동체, 행함 공동체를 탄생시킨다
