2020 report from Ministry of SMEs and Startups shows that startup supporting budget was cut from MCST by 940 million Won, which was biggest cut compared to the other divisions. This clarifies Art Industry’s support for the startup is still insufficient compared to the other industries. Considering above problems, we have studied about art startup, by selecting performance art major students as object for more advanced research. We have quantitatively studied 1) how personal trait & startup supporting programs affect startup willing of people, and 2) how social support intermediates in relations of personal trait & startup supporting program & startup willing, to verify effectiveness on above two. To summarize result, first, innovativeness and risk sensitivity of each people’s traits were affecting startup willing directly and meaningfully on startup willing, and proved to have positive effectiveness. Second, in terms of mediated effect, it was social support that was came out positive to be affective to startup willings, in cause-and-effect relationship of people’s personal trait and startup willing. We have theoretically clarified variables related to Art major students’ willing for the startups with these two studies, and hereby suggest improvement method for startup supporting program for art major students.

2020년 중소기업벤처부의 보고서에서, 문화체육관광부는 9.4억 원의 감소폭을 보여주면서 다 른 부서와 비교하였을 때 가장 높은 창업지원 예산 감소액을 보였다. 즉 문화예술산업 분야의 창업지원은 여전히 부실하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 고는 이러한 문제점을 바탕으로, 문화예술 창업에 관한 선행연구를 문헌고찰했으며, 심화연구를 위해 연구대상을 공연예술 분야 학생으로 선정하였다. 즉 공연예술 분야 학생의 개인적 특성과 공연예술 분야 창업지원프로그램이 창업의 지에 영향을 끼치는지, 공연예술 분야 학생의 개인적 특성, 창업지원프로그램들과 창업의지의 관계에서 자기효능감이 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 양적 연구를 하였다. 연구결과로, 첫 번째, 창 업의지에 유의미한 직접효과가 있는 변수는 공연예술 분야 학생의 혁신성과 위험감수성이 있었 으며, 혁신성과 위험감수성 둘 다 정(+)의 효과가 있었다. 두 번째, 매개효과의 경우, 혁신성과, 위험감수성이 창업의지에 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 인과관계에서 자기효능감은 매개변수로서 유 의미한 정(+)의 영향력이 있었다. 연구결과를 통해 공연예술 전공 학생을 위한 창업지원프로그 램의 개선방안에 대해 시사하였으며, 공연예술전공 학생의 창업의지와 관계된 변수들에 대해 이 론적 증명을 하였다.
