The whole organization is trying to produce results. In particular, not only general companies and research institutes but also public officials are trying to achieve results, and compensation varies depending on the amount and quality of performance. This paper aims to find out the factors that affect the investigative performance of the military police, and the theory of value chain and values that are the theoretical background of this research is the theory that can find value and performance in the organization and identify specific factors. Therefore, in this study, the prior studies were reviewed based on the theoretical background of these theories, and the variables that could affect the investigative performance were selected and analyzed. As a result, it suggested that the organizational culture of the military police was changed and the leadership of the investigation department was changed to transformative leadership, and the investigation department's human and material support was expanded.

모든 조직에서는 성과를 내기 위해 노력하고 있다. 특히 일반직 회사나 연구소뿐만 아니라 공무원들도 성과를 내기 위해 노력하고 있으며 성과의 양이나 질에 따라 보상 이 달라지기까지 한다. 본 논문은 군사경찰의 수사성과에 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 하 였으며 본 연구의 이론적 배경이 되는 가치사슬 이론과 가치관 이론은 해당 조직에서 의 가치와 성과를 찾고 특정 요인을 확인할 수 있는 이론으로 많이 사용되고 있는 이론 이다. 따라서 본 연구에서도 해당 이론들을 이론적 배경으로 하여 선행연구들을 검토한 후 수사성과에 영향을 줄 수 있는 변수들을 선정하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 군사경찰의 조직문화를 관계적으로 변화시키고 수사부서 리더의 리더십을 변혁적 리더십으로 바꾸 는 점을 제시하였으며 또한, 수사부서의 인적·물적 지원을 더욱 확대하여 수사성과를 보다 향상하는 방향을 제시하였다.
