The inflow of invasive species into the Republic of Korea ecosystem has been increased due to the increase in human and material exchanges between countries, causing domestic ecosystem disturbances and economic loss. In order to solve the problems, we need to develop invasive amphibian and reptile risk assessment technologies. Accordingly, this study compared the assessment items and methods of invasive species risk assessment to prepare basic data for the invasive amphibians and reptiles risk assessment of the Republic of Korea. The result showed that the assessment items consisting of 'Introduction', 'Establishment', 'Spread', and 'Impact' are used at an equal frequency and rate in invasive species and amphibian·reptile risk assessment in the Republic of Korea and overseas. In addition, ‘Risk Stage', through the 'Score' was used at the highest frequency and rate in the assessment methods. Our studies are expected to help prepare basic data for the invasive amphibians and reptiles risk assessmen of the Republic of Korea, aimed at predicting damage to the domestic ecosystem and preventing the spread of the invasive species in the Republic of Korea.

국가 간 인적, 물적 교류의 증대 등에 따라 국내 생태계에 외래생물 유입이 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 국내 생태계 교 란 및 경제적 소실이 야기되고 있다. 이러한 문제 해결을 위 해 외래 양서·파충류 위해성평가 기술 개발 필요성이 증대되 고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 외래 양서·파충류 위해성 평가 항목 및 방법에 대한 기초자료 마련을 위해 국내·외 외 래생물 및 양서·파충류 위해성평가의 평가 항목 및 방법을 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과 평가 항목 측면에서 ‘유입’, ‘정 착’, ‘확산’, ‘영향’의 항목이 비슷한 빈도 및 비율로 제시된 것으로 나타났으며, 평가 방법 측면에서는 ‘점수’ 방법을 통 한 ‘위해 단계’가 가장 높은 빈도 및 비율로 제시된 것으로 나 타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 외래 양서·파충류의 국내 생태 계 피해 예측 및 확산 방지를 목표로 한 외래 양서·파충류 위 해성평가 항목 및 방법에 대한 기초자료로서 도움이 될 것으 로 생각된다.
