This study analyzed the factors affecting the quality of care services in terms of human rights awareness, human-centered care, etc. For this purpose, it was intended for workers working in medical welfare facilities for the elderly. Survey data are correlation analysis, ANOVA.It was analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. According to the analysis, the quality of care services is statistically significant in individualized care and organizational support, which are sub-factors of human rights awareness, right to life, social rights, and human-centered care. Human rights awareness sub-factors Freedom rights have been significant in the reliability, responsiveness, conviction and empathy of care services. Individualized care and organizational support, which are subfactors of human-centered care, have been significantly shown in the tangibleness, reliability, responsiveness, conviction, and empathy of subfactors of care service quality. Based on this, it is meaningful that in order to improve the quality of care services, the human rights awareness and human-centered care of the elderly were discussed as influential factors.

이 연구는 돌봄서비스질 제고를 위하여 돌봄서비스의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 인권의식, 인간중심 돌봄등의 측면에서 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 노인의료복지시설에서 근무하는 종사자를 대상으로 조사연 구 하였다. 조사자료는 상관분석, 분산분석. 기술통계, 다중회귀분석등을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결 과 돌봄서비스질은 인권의식하위요인 자유권, 생존권, 사회권과 인간중심돌봄 하위요인인 개별화된돌 봄, 조직적지지에서 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 보이고 있다. 인권의식 하위요인 자유권은 돌봄서 비스질 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성에서 유의미하게 나타났다. 인간중심돌봄 하위요인 개별화된 돌봄 과 조직적 지지는 돌봄서비스질 하위요인 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성에서 유의미하게 나타 났다. 이는 돌봄서비스 질향상을 위해서는 노인장기요양시설 종사자들의 인권의식과 인간중심돌봄 영향 력 있는 요인임을 논의했다는 점에 의의가 있다
