This study focuses on the Japanese modern scholarship concept words created by Nishi Amane(1829-1997) and processed the discussion by putting the translation language issue, as in its ideological base and supernational ideology, in sight. That is, the discussion was developed by setting the two axis of creation procedure of Nishi Amane’s translation language and Chinese Confucianism. To develop such discussion, the text of this study mentions the influential issue on Zhuzixue and Soraigaku which became the ideological base of Nishi Amane. Subsequently, Chinese Confucianism revealed at the meet with the western scholarship at last was highlighted. Furthermore, it appointed that the translation language created by Nishi Amane himself contains Confucian ideological elements and discussed the issue of ‘japanese Modern Scholarship as in Translation’ in further.
