- ICT Projects are inherently unique to each other. The project, that is the activity of creating special products and services, is applied to achieve special purposes in various industries such as new product development and construction. As companies' digital transformation has accelerated due to the recent fourth industrial revolution. Information system projects using new ICT are being pushed forward. ICT projects, such as the development of information systems, are more important to manage projects due to the non-visibility and intangibility of project deliverables. This study explores the way to manage complexity and improve project performance in the environment of new technology ICT projects. To this end, based on prior researches, variables of technical complexity, collaboration, feedback, and project performance were derived, and empirically analyzed through the survey.
