Since the 2000s, as the number of young people with immigration backgrounds has increased, research has been actively conducted to understand the actual situation and support them. However, it is not easy to find research trends on educational welfare of immigration adolescents. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the trends of research related to educational welfare of immigration adolescents and to suggest future research tasks. For this purpose, 27 articles in academic journals related to the educational welfare of immigration adolescents were selected and analyzed focusing on the research status, research subjects, research methods, and research topics. As a result of the analysis, first, thesis has been studied since 2011 and has fluctuated until 2017, but is in a decreasing trend recently. In addition, it is mainly researched in the fields related to education and welfare, such as school and society, and has been published in a variety of fields that have been published in 17 academic journals. Second, qualitative and quantitative studies accounted for 55% and 24%, respectively. Third, the topic of study was adaptation, and there were many topics that reflected the characteristics of immigration adolescents, such as school and family. However, research on full-scale improvement measures for this was insufficient. Based on the results of the analysis, future research projects related to the educational welfare of immigration adolescents were proposed.

2000년대부터 이주배경 청소년이 증가함에 따라 이들에 대한 실태 파악과 지원을 위한 연구가 활발해졌다. 그러나 중도입국 청소년의 교육복지에 관한 연구동향을 찾기 는 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 연구는 중도입국 청소년의 교육복지와 관련된 연구의 동향을 분석하고, 추후 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 중도입국 청소년의 교육 복지 관련한 학술지 논문 27편을 선정하고 연구현황, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제 및 연구내용을 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 논문은 2011년부터 연구가 시작되어 2017년까지 등락을 보이다 최 근은 감소추세에 있다. 그리고 학교·사회 등 교육복지 관련 분야에서 주로 연구되고 있 고, 17개의 학술지에 발표될 정도로 다양한 영역에서 발표되었다. 둘째, 연구방법은 질 적연구와 양적연구가 각각 55%, 24%를 차지했다. 셋째, 연구주제는 적응이 가장 많았 고, 학교, 가족 등 중도입국 청소년의 특성을 반영하는 주제가 많았다. 그러나 이에 대 한 본격적인 개선방안에 관한 연구는 미흡하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 중도입국 청소 년의 교육복지와 관련하여 향후 연구과제를 제안하였다.
