This The purpose of this study is to: First, the meaning and characteristics of the Hanbok related government's cultural policies are typified by the period from the time that led to the globalization of Hanbok. Second, the case of Hanbok change is investigated and analyzed by classifying cultural policies related to Hanbok by period. Third, from the perspective of national cultural policy, we present implications and future development measures related to Hanbok policy. From a cultural policy perspective, the government intended to examine the cultural policies related to Hanbok, which can represent traditional Korean culture, by era, and to present the direction of future policies accordingly. First of all, in this study, Hanbok-related cultural policies were typified as "the introduction period of Hanbok-related policies", "the growth period of Hanbok-related policies", and "the leap period of Hanbok-related policies". In addition, the government proposed strengthening the Hanbok-related cultural policy bills and dedicated organizations, developing and fostering contents linked to Hanbok-related policies, and expanding Hanbok education according to the direction of cultural policies. The conclusion hereunder shall first be the establishment of an organization dedicated to the implementation of Hanbok cultural policies to facilitate the implementation of Hanbok-related policies. Second, for the succession of traditional culture, various cultural contents are provided for the people to participate in and experience in their lives. Third, education related to hanbok is mandatory for the generation and specialized human resources are provided with the establishment and support of educational institutions.

본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한복 세계화 를 이끈 시기부터 한복 관련 정부 문화정책을 시기별 로 유형화 하여 그 의미와 특성을 이해한다. 둘째, 한 복관련 문화정책을 시기별로 분류하여 한복 변화 사 례를 조사 및 분석한다. 셋째, 국가 문화정책 관점에 서 한복 정책과 관련한 시사점과 미래 발전 방안을 제시한다. 문화정책 관점에서 한국 전통문화를 대표 할 수 있는 한복 관련 문화정책에 대해서 시대별로 살펴보고 이에 따른 미래 정책 방향성을 제시하고자 하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 본 연구에서 한 복관련 문화정책은 한복 관련 정책이 수립되기 시작 한 ‘한복문화정책 도입기’, 한복관련 법안이 추진 및 발의된 시기인 ‘한복문화정책 성장기’, 한복문 화 정책 및 방안의 활성화 시기인 ‘한복문화정책 도 약기’로 유형화 되었다. 그리고 국가 문화정책 관점 에서 한복 정책과 관련한 시사점과 미래 발전 방안으 로서 한복관련 문화정책 법안과 전담기구 강화, 한복 문화 정책 연계 콘텐츠 개발 및 육성, 문화 정책의 방향성에 따른 한복 교육 확대를 제안하였다. 이에 따른 결론은 첫째, 한복 문화정책 수행 전담 기구를 설립하여 한복 관련 정책을 수행을 원활하게 한다. 둘째, 전통문화의 계승을 위하여 국민이 생활 속에서 참여하고 체험할 수 있는 다양한 문화 콘텐츠를 제공 한다. 셋째, 세대에게 적합한 한복 관련 교육을 의무 화하고 전문 인력을 양성을 위한 교육기관 신설과 지원을 제공한다.
