Most of the existing research on entrepreneurial intentions is conducted on college students, seniors, etc., and it is hard to find any research on office workers. This study was conducted in two studies, one to examine how workers with long career stages change in entrepreneurial self-efficacy after employment, and the second to determine the impact of entrepreneurship, known as a powerful variable that affects entrepreneurial intentions, on the pre-study. The research confirmed that the entrepreneurial self-efficacy increases as career steps progress, and that the greater the entrepreneurial self-efficacy, the greater the entrepreneurial intention. In addition, among factors of entrepreneurship such as innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking, only risk-taking propensity has a significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions. On the other hand, it was confirmed that male workers have a higher entrepreneurial intention than female workers. This study is meaningful in that it investigated entrepreneurial self-efficacy by career stage, which is known to be an important variable that affects entrepreneurial intentions, and examined variables by career stage, and in terms of identifying that risk-taking, which is a component of entrepreneurship, is a factor that significantly affects the intentions of entrepreneurship.

창업의도관련 기존의 연구는 대학생, 시니어 등을 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이며, 직장인을 대 상으로 한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구는 두 개의 연구로 구성되어 있다. 첫 번째 연구는 직장인의 경력단계별로 창업자기효능감이 창업의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 두 번째 연구는 선행연구에서 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 강력한 변수로 알 려진 기업가정신의 요인들이 직장인들의 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결 과 경력단계가 진행될수록 창업자기효능감은 증가하며 이러한 창업자기효능감이 클수록 창업의 도가 증가한다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성 등 기업가정신의 요인 중에 서 위험감수성만이 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 여성 직장인에 비해 남성 직장인의 창업의도가 높음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 직장인들을 대상으로 창업의도에 영향 을 미치는 중요한 변수로 알려진 창업자기효능감의 영향을 경력단계별로 조사하였고, 기업가정 신의 구성요인 중 위험감수성이 직장인의 창업의도에 가장 중요하게 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확 인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
