In order to establish the level of consciousness to eradicate violence and abusive speech, the fellowship of managers, supervisors, and service workers should be accompanied. The research results derived from this study are as follows. First, the eradication of malicious workers is required. It is necessary to establish a system for selecting high-fidelity service positions through information exchange between distribution centers by identifying the relevant site and company. Second, we need to cultivate the personality of improving fellowship. The role of the company is also important, but in reality fellowship between workers in the field service is required. You should refrain from working while observing the behavior that causes violence. In addition, it is necessary to self-learn character education so that the deterrence effect before violent work behavior caused by intentional expression of emotion can occur. Through this study, follow-up studies and discussions that require communication should be continued in order to be used as basic data for the need for basic companionship and avoidance of violent working behavior according to intentional expression of emotions in high-risk groups.

폭력, 폭언 근절 의식수준을 정착하기 위해서는 경영자, 감독자, 용역직들의 현장 용역 직 동료애가 수반 되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서 도출한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 악의적 근로자 근절이 요구된다. 해당 현장 및 회사를 파악하여 물류센터 간 정보 교류를 통하여 충실도 높은 용역직을 선별하는 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 둘째, 동료애 향상의 인성을 길러야 한다. 기업의 역할도 중요하지만 현장 용역직 근로 자 간의 현실 속 동료애가 요구된다. 폭력이 발생되는 행동을 구경삼아 관전하는 근무 중 행동을 지양해야 한다. 또한 의도적 감정표현에 휘말려 발생된 폭력적인 근무행동 발생 이전 억재 효과가 일어날 수 있도록 인성 교육을 스스로 학습해야 할 것 이다. 이 연구를 통하여 고위험군 현장 내 의도적인 감정 표현에 따른 폭력적 근무행동 지양과 기본적인 동료애 필요성을 위한 기초 자료로 활용되기 위하여 소통이 요구되는 후속 연구 및 논의가 지속되어야 한다.
