The purpose of this study is to develop J University's faculty capability diagnostic tool to improve university competitiveness and quality of classes. In this study, a proven teaching competency system was established through the competency modeling process and the suitability analysis of diagnostic tools was conducted. The Delphi survey was conducted twice among 15 education experts. And the final analysis was conducted on the data of 249 professors at J University. As a result of this study, J University's professorship was classified into three core competencies and 16 detailed competencies, and the overall question was 56 questions and the confidence level was .918. In this study, the four core competencies, basic competencies, class preparation capabilities, class evaluation, and reflux capabilities, were determined as J University's professors' competencies. In addition, it can be selected as 56 questions for 16 detailed competencies and used as an indicator for the promotion of teaching capabilities. This study may be linked to the enhancement of the faculty's ability to enhance the student's SUPER core competence.

이 연구는 J대학교 교수역량 진단도구를 개발하여 대학 경쟁력 및 수업의 질을 제고하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서는 역량모델링 과정을 통해 검증된 교수역량체계를 구축하고, 진 단도구의 적합성 분석을 실시하였다. 교육전문가 15명을 대상으로 델파이조사 2회를 실시하였 다. 그리고 J대학교 교수 249명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 J대학교 교수역량은 4 대 핵심역량과 16개 세부역량을 분류하였고, 전체문항은 56문항이며 신뢰수준은 .918로 양호하 였다. 본 연구에서는 J대학교 교수역량으로 4대 핵심역량인 기본역량, 수업준비역량, 수업평가 및 환류역량으로 정하였다. 그리고 16개 세부역량 56개 문항으로 선정하여 교수역량 증진을 위 한 지표로 사용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 학생의 SUPER핵심역량을 강화할 수 있는 교수자의 역량 강화 증진과 연계할 수 있다.
