The purpose of this research is to expand the user-centered existing research on drone acceptance and analyze how technology, organizational environment, and personal characteristics of military drone acceptance affect the performance expectations, technostress, and intention of military drones. To this end, a research model was constructed using the variables of the technology, organization, and environment framework (TOE Framework), the innovation theories, and the technostress variable. Hypotheses were set to explain the impact relationship between the performance expectation, technostress, and the intention to use of military drones. Survey results showed that the relative advantages as a technical characteristics and the support of the Army as an organizational characteristic(organizational support) have a positive effect on performance expectations. Also, the relative advantage and self-efficacy have a positive effect on the reduction of technostress with regard to military drones, and the technostress of military drones has a negative impact on their intention to use them. This study contributed to the theoretical expansion by empirically analyzing the effects of technology, organizational environment, and individual characteristics on both performance expectations and technostress which lead to the intention of military drones, and it presented the practical, managerial implications for the Army to effectively utilize military drones.

본 연구의 목적은 드론 수용에 대한 기술수용 측면 중심의 기존연구를 확장하여 군사용 드론 수용에 대 한 기술ㆍ조직환경ㆍ개인 특성요인들이 군사용 드론의 성과기대와 테크노스트레스, 사용의도에 어떻게 영향 을 미치는지 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 기술ㆍ조직ㆍ환경 프레임워크(TOE Framework)와 혁신확산이론 변수들과 테크노스트레스의 변수를 사용하여 모델을 구축하였으며, 군사용 드론의 성과기대와 테크노스트레 스가 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구가설을 설정하였다. 군사용 드론을 운용하는 드론부대 사용자를 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문 분석결 과 기술적 특성의 상대적 이점, 조직적 특성의 육군의 지원(조직지원)이 성과기대에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것 으로 나타났으며, 상대적 이점과 자기효능감은 군사용 드론의 테크노스트레스 감소에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 군사용 드론의 성과기대는 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 테크노스트레스는 사용의 도에 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이론적 측면에서 기존의 드론 연구에서 고려하지 않 았던 성과기대와 테크노스트레스를 중요 변수로 채택하여 군사용 드론의 사용의도에 영향을 주는 기술ㆍ조 직환경ㆍ개인적 특성요인들과 성과기대 및 테크노스트레스 간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석하여 이론적 확 장에 기여하였고, 실무적으로는 육군이 군사용 드론을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해 필요한 성과기대와 테크노 스트레스 관리의 중요성을 시사점으로 제시하였다.
