The Importance of ICT is highlighted by the rise of the Un-tact trend owing to the COVID-19. However, Korea ICT industry is limited in market competition due to growth centered on large companies and manufacturing industries. Effective investment is needed to enhance the competitiveness of the ICT industry. However, the ICT industry has a large ripple effect on investment, so it is important to distribute funds effectively. Therefore, an efficiency analysis of the firms in each industry sector needs to be preceded. Therefore, this study evaluates the Malmquist of 432 listed ICT company(Manufacturing and Service industry) using DEA-analysis. By analyzing the impact of the financial ratio (liability ratio, current ratio), which is the basis for determining financial decisions, on the efficiency of the firms, using Tobit regression, various implications for the development of the domestic ICT industry are presented. According to the analysis results, 1. The debt ratio had a negative impact on the Manufacture of communication and broadcasting apparatuses. Conversely It had a positive impact on the Manufacture of computers and peripheral equipment 2. The Current ratio had a positive impact on Publishing activities, Postal activities and telecommunications, Computer programming, consultancy and related activities, Information service activities, Manufacture of semiconductor, Manufacture of electronic components, Manufacture of computers and peripheral equipment.

COVID-19의 영향으로 인해 언택트 트랜드가 부상하면서 기반산업인 ICT의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 그러 나 한국의 ICT 산업은 대기업 및 제조업 위주의 성장으로 시장경쟁에 한계를 보이고 있다. 이에 ICT 산업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 효과적인 투자가 필요하나, ICT 산업은 투자의 파급효과가 커 재원의 효율적인 분배가 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 각 산업 분야에 해당하는 기업들의 운영 효율성 분석이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 자료포락분석(DEA)을 활용하여 코스피, 코스닥 시장에 상장된 432개 ICT 기업(제조업 및 서비스업) 의 운영 효율성을 평가한다. 또 토빗 회귀분석을 이용하여 재무결정 판단 기준인 재무비율(부채비율, 유동비율) 이 해당 효율성에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써, 국내 ICT 산업의 발전을 위한 다양한 시사점을 제시한다. 분석 결과 1. 부채비율은 통신 및 방송 장비제조업의 운영 효율성에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 컴퓨터 및 주변장치 제조업의 운영 효율성에는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다 2. 유동비율은 출판업, 우편 및 통신업, 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 시스템 통합 및 관리업, 정보서비스업, 반도체 제조업, 전자부품 제조업, 컴퓨터 및 주변장치 제조업의 운영 효율성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 ICT 산업의 경영자가 투자 또는 운영을 위해 적절한 자금조달방법을 채택하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
