The cell ministry, which is recognized as a new pastoral ministry paradigm, has received a considerable response from pastors in Korean churches. Still, many pastors have yet to try to apply the cell ministry to their churches. The cell ministry is not the only ideal way of pastoral ministry, but in the post-corona era, few will dispute that it is the best way of ministry. However, if the cell ministry is accepted blindly, the order of ecclesiology may be destroyed. However, if the cell ministry is based on the Bible to find and accept improvements, the Korean church can face a new turning point in this non-face-to-face era. For this reason, in the post-corona era, in situations where the ministry of senior pastors is limited due to non-face-to-face work that disables person-to-person meetings in the church, well-trained lay can serve as king-like priests in their cell groups or in their daily routines. Now, the cell ministry leader must take on the same role as the pastor. In the coronavirus pandemic situation, roadside preaching of the gospel and home-to-home evangelism are realistically subject to many restrictions. Hence, it may be an effective mission plan to focus on people who have already formed relationships, such as “my” family, relatives, friends and co-workers, practice Godʼs commanded love for neighbors, spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through life, and establish a cell ministry group can be an effective mission plan. The Korean church should go beyond the size of the church and establish a cell ministry by focusing on the lay Christians who are devoted within the church. Therefore, the cell ministry plan was proposed through the understanding of the concept of cell ministry based on the Bible, the change in the pastoral mission plan of cell ministry, and the post-corona era, as well as through cases of missionary activities through cell ministry. In cell ministry, if lay leaders are well established in the Gospel, it is expected that it will offer an opportunity for a new turning point by faithfully fulfilling the role of senior pastors of small churches.

새로운 목회 패러다임으로 인식되고 있는 셀 목회는 한국교회의 목회자들로부터 상당한 호응을 얻었다. 아직도 많은 목회자는 셀 목회를 교회에 적용하기 위해 노력 하고 있다. 셀 목회만이 이상적 목회 방식은 아니나 포스트 코로나(Post Corona) 시 대에 있어서 최선의 목회 방식이라는 것에 이의를 제기할 자들은 많지 않을 것이다. 하지만 셀 목회를 맹목적으로 수용하면 오히려 교회론의 질서가 무너질 수도 있다. 다만 셀 목회를 성경에 입각함으로써 개선점을 찾아 수용한다면 대면이 아닌 비대면 시대에 한국교회가 새로운 전환기를 맞을 수 있다. 포스트 코로나 시대, 교회에서 만 나지 못하는 비대면으로 담임목사의 사역이 제한을 받는 상황에서 잘 훈련된 평신도 가 그들이 소속된 셀 그룹에서, 혹은 삶의 현장에서 왕 같은 제사장 역할을 할 수 있 기 때문이다. 지금은 셀 목회 리더가 실제 담임목사와 같은 역할을 감당해야 한다. 코로나 상황에서 노방 전도나 축호 전도 등은 현실적으로 많은 제약을 받고 있다. 따라서 내 가족과 친척, 그리고 친구와 직장 동료 등 이미 관계가 형성된 사람들에게 집중해서 하나님께서 명령하신 이웃사랑을 실천하고 삶을 통해 예수 그리스도의 복음을 전하며 셀 목회 그룹을 세우는 것이 효과적인 선교 방안이 될 수 있다. 한국교회 는 교회 크기를 뛰어넘어 교회 안에 헌신 된 평신도에 집중해 셀 목회를 세워야 한 다. 그러므로 성경을 통한 셀 목회의 개념 이해와 셀 목회의 선교 방안의 변화, 그리 고 포스트 코로나 시대, 셀 목회를 통한 선교 사례와 셀 목회를 통한 선교 방안에 대 해 제안하였다. 셀 목회에서 평신도 리더들이 복음 안에서 잘 세워지면 작은 교회로 서 담임목사의 역할을 충실히 감당하여 새로운 전환의 기회가 될 것으로 기대한다.
