- This paper aims to explore the value of local publishing culture as local contents and the role of community bookstore(dongne chaekbang) in the Glocal Age, where the importance of the region has grown. Local publishing serves to convey local culture to the public while also reminding them of the importance of local culture. Local contents of local publications are organically linked to community bookstore(dongne chaekbang) while securing cultural diversity. The community bookstore(dongne chaekbang) is located in the living space of local residents, providing opportunities for local residents to experience local culture. Bookstores in Jeonbuk Area have reached the point of extinction, but local bookstores are operating relatively well. Three community bookstore(dongne chaekbang) in Iksan Area have created a space that clearly reveals the concept of a book breaker and serve as a complex cultural space for local residents. These community bookstore(dongne chaekbang) should establish regional identity and accumulate local unique culture that the next generation can utilize. If the neighborhood bookstntinues its efforts to secure the identity of the region, it is expected that the local publishing culture will also grow.

- 본 논문은 지역의 중요성이 커진 글로컬시대에 지역출판문화가 지역콘텐츠로서 갖는 가치와 동네책방의 역 할을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 지역출판은 지역문화를 대중에게 전달하는 역할을 수행함과 동시에 지역문화의 중 요성을 일깨워준다. 지역출판의 지역콘텐츠는 문화의 다양성을 확보하면서 동네책방과 유기적으로 연결된다. 동네책 방은 지역민의 삶의 공간에 위치하여, 지역민이 지역의 문화를 경험할 수 있도록 기회를 제공한다. 전북지역의 서점 은 소멸단계에 이르렀으나, 동네 책방은 비교적 잘 운영되고 있는 상태이다. 익산지역의 동네책방 세 곳은 책방지기 의 콘셉트가 뚜렷하게 드러나는 공간을 조성하고 지역민에게 복합문화공간으로써의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 동네책방은 지역의 정체성을 확립하고 다음 세대가 활용할 수 있는 지역 고유의 문화를 축적해야 한다. 동네책방이 지역의 정체성을 확보하기 위한 노력을 지속한다면, 지역출판문화도 함께 성장할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

- Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
