The present study was conducted to reduce the differences in curriculum and field for dental hygienists and suggest measures to increase scaling abilities as oral health promoters and preventive dentistry caregivers. The surveys were conducted from June to October 2020. The purpose of the study were explained to dental facilities located in Busan, Gyeongnam-do to ask for consent. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS statistics software. Results of the study, the number of theory and practical training courses on conducting ultrasonic scaling need to be expanded in the universities to reduce the differences that exist between curriculums and the fields and furthermore, the existing contents of textbooks should be revised. Moreover, the opportunities for education should be expanded so that dental hygienists can take courses even after acquiring their licenses.

본 연구는 치과위생사를 대상으로 교과과정과 임상의 이질성을 줄이고 치과위생사의 구강건강증진자, 예 방치과처치자로서의 스켈링 역량증진을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 시행하였다. 2020년 6월부터 10월까지 부산, 경상 남도에 소재한 치과진료기관에 연구의 취지와 목적을 설명하고 동의를 구한 후 설문조사를 시행하였으며 자료 분 석은 SPSS(ver. 25.0. for Windows. Chicago, IL. USA) 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 치위 생학과 교과과정과 임상과의 이질성을 줄이기 위해서 대학교에서 초음파 스켈러 수행에 관하여 이론 및 실습 수 업의 시수를 확대하여 더욱 체계적인 교육 방안이 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 기존의 교과서 내용을 현재 임상 상황 에 맞게 개편하여야 한다. 또한 면허 취득 후에도 치과위생사들의 초음파스켈링에 관한 교육을 들을 수 있도록 교 육의 기회를 확대 시켜야 할 것으로 사료된다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
