Dynamic capabilities and export market orientation are critical to the sustainable competitive advantage and achievement of foreign market under the rapidly changing global business environment. This study investigate the impact of dynamic capability on internationalization performance and the moderating effect of export market orientation together, based on a sample of 112 Korean export venture firms. The results of the study showed that among the dynamic capabilities, while the opportunity exploration capability did not have a significant relationship with the internationalization performance, but the resource acquisition capability and resource reconfiguration capability have significant positive relationship with internationalization performance. Export market orientation has been shown to have a moderating effect between the dynamic capability and the internationalization performance. The key research findings suggest that a company with a high export market orientation may have a competitive edge in the overseas market by capturing overseas market opportunities, actively acquiring external resources and reconfiguring its resources.

급변하는 글로벌경영환경 하에서 경쟁하는 수출중소기업들에게 동적역량과 수출시장지향성은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 국내 수출 중소기업을 대상으로 동적역량과 국제화성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 제시하고, 수출시장지향성의 조절효과를 함께 분석하였다. 벤처기 업협회에 등록된 수출중소기업을 통해 112개의 자료를 수집하고, 다중 회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 동적 역량 중에서 기회 탐색 능력은 국제화 성과와 유의미한 관계가 나타나지 않은 반면에, 자원 획득 역량과 자원 재구 성 역량은 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 수출시장 지향성은 동적역량인 기회탐색역량, 자원획득역량, 자원재구성역량과 국제화 성과 사이에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 수출시장 지향성이 높은 기업이 해외시장 기회를 포착하 고 외부자원을 적극 확보하며 자원을 재구성해 해외시장에서 경쟁력을 가질 가능성이 높음을 시사한다.
