With the globalization of economy and information, the effective translation of a nation’s discourse has a huge effect on communication and cooperation between countries. In terms of external propaganda, study on discourse translation plays an important role in improving a country’s cultural soft power and its international image. Combining with the relevant knowledge in Communication, this paper investigates the translation of the characteristic words “Naked officials” in China and Korea, it mainly focuses on the clarification of the current translation states, the understanding and acceptance of the target audience, and collisions and borrowings in translation techniques between the two countries. The investigation found that the translators in the two countries analyzed the words “naked official” from different perspectives, among of which, borrowings according cultural similarity and exploration in cultural roots are especially worthy of further exploration in translation studies.

글로벌 시대에 국가별 언어 체계의 효과적인 번역은 국가 간의 교류에 큰 영향을 미치며, 국가 언어의 번역 연구는 국제적이고 긍정적인 이미지 제고에 중요한 역할을 한다. 본고는 중국 특색 언어의 한국어 번역 양상과 한국 독자들의 이해 및 수용 양상, 번역 방법을 연구 주제로 삼아 중점적으로 연구하였다. 또한 미디어학과 결합하여 “裸官”이 중국과 한국에서 한국어로 어떻게 번역되고 전파되었는지 그 양상을 고찰하였다. 연구 결과 중․한 양국의 번역자들은 다양한 번역 방법과 시각으로 “裸官”을 자세히 분석하였음 을 파악하였다. 향후 번역 양식 중에 보이는 양국 문화에 대한 이해, 활용 등도 더 깊이 있게 연구해 볼 가치가 있다.
