The purpose of this study is to determine the priority of entrepreneurial competency required for university students to step into society as a entrepreneur, focusing on the case of University A. At the university level, it is intended to help establish guidelines and directions for cultivating university students as more prepared entrepreneurs. In order to determine the priority of entrepreneurial competency required for university students. Finally, the priority of entrepreneurial competency was decided. As a result of research, market cognitive competency is the competency to be developed first, The next competencies to be developed were marketing competency, technical competency, strategy and management competency, organizational competency, entrepreneur and creativity competency, and network competency. In this study, all University A students who were involved in entrepreneurship activities at University A were considered as a population. It is significant that it increased the validity in terms of the research method. It suggested follow-up tasks, such as research on entrepreneurial competency priorities that can be generalized, comparison of the demands for entrepreneurial competency priorities among various subjects, and research on entrepreneurial competency priorities required for university students. Lastly, the university provides motivation for entrepreneurship through the development of entrepreneurial competency, and university students recognize that entrepreneurship is another way of career.

본 연구의 목적은 A여자대학교 사례를 중심으로 대학생이 창업가로서 사회에 발을 내딛기 위해서 필요한 창업역량의 우선순위를 파악하여 대학 차원에서 대학생을 보다 준비된 창업가로 양성하기 위한 지침과 방향을 정하는데 도움을 주고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 대학생에게 필요한 창업역량 우선순위를 결정하기 위해 첫째, 연구도구의 구 성 타당도를 검증하고 둘째, 창업 관련 활동을 하고 있는 대학생의 창업역량의 현재 보 유수준과 미래 필요수준의 차이를 검정하였으며 마지막으로 창업역량의 우선순위를 결 정하였다. 연구결과, 시장인지 역량이 가장 우선시 개발되어야 할 역량이고 그 다음으로 개발되어야 할 역량은 순차적으로 마케팅 역량, 기술적 역량, 전략·관리 역량, 조직화 역량, 기업가·창의 역량, 네트워크 역량이었다. 본 연구는 A여자대학교의 창업 관련 유 경험자 전체를 대상으로 실시하였고, 연구방법적인 측면에서 타당도를 높였다는 데 의 의가 있다. A여자대학교의 사례를 중심으로 하다 보니 일반화가 어려우며 설문대상이 대학생 스스로라는 한계가 있고 선행연구에서 활용한 창업역량과 설문 문항을 활용하 는 과정에서 체계적인 문헌분석이나 객관적인 검증 절차가 이루어지지 못했다는 제한 점을 가지고 있다. 또한 일반화 가능한 대학생 창업역량 우선순위 연구, 다양한 대상의 창업역량 우선순위 요구도 차이 비교, 기 창업가 입장에서 본 대학생에게 필요한 창업 역량 우선순위 연구 등의 후속과제를 제언하였다.
