This study aims to look at trends in foreign workers' welfare studies based on analysis papers. This study aims to lay the groundwork for improving and developing welfare policies for foreign workers. This work utilizes a keyword network analysis method that analyzes the frequency and type of concurrent matrix based on keywords extracted from the data. The papers were published from 2010 to 2020, and were collected through Riss. It was analyzed based on journal papers that were more than candidates for the KCI. This work analyzes the frequency of emergence, connection centricity, word pairs and word clouds based on keywords through the NetMiner program. First, network visualization results based on connectivity center show that networks have been formed around society, employment, and culture. In particular, connection-centeredness and word cloud results indicated that the employment permit system and unregistered foreign workers were the key topics. Second, the network analysis results show that among the keywords extracted from the analysis paper, there are frequently such as 'labor', 'adaptation', 'social and 'culture'. Based on the analysis paper, 'adaptation' and 'culture' refer to social adaptation and cultural stress, and they received constant attention. Third, according to WordCloud results, studies on unregistered foreign workers continued. Since unregistered foreign workers account for a large amount of it, a system is urgently needed to prevent unregistered foreign workers.

본 연구는 분석 논문들을 토대로 외국인 근로자의 복지 관련 연구의 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구는 외국인 근로자를 위한 복지 정책을 개선하고 발전시키기 위한 토대를 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구는 데이터로부터 추출된 키워드를 토대로 동시출현 행렬 빈도와 유형을 분석하는 키워드 네트워크 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 그 논문들은 2010년부터 2020년에 출간되었고, 국내 데이터베이스 홈페이지인 Riss를 통하여 수집되었다. KCI 등재 후보 이상의 학술지 논문을 중심으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 NetMiner 프로그램을 통해 키워드를 토대로 출현빈도, 연결중심성, 단어쌍과 워드클라우드 중심으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 연결중심성에 근거한 네트워크 시각화 결과에 따르면, 최근 10년 동안 사회, 고용, 문화를 중심으로 네트워크가 형성되었다. 특히 연결중심성과 워드클라우드 결과는 고용허가제와 미등록 체류 외국인 근로자가 핵심 주제임을 나타냈다. 둘째, 네트워크 분석 결과에 따르면 분석 논문에서 추출된 키워드 중 ‘노동’, ‘적응’, ‘사회, ‘문화’ 등 빈도 있게 나타났다. 분석논문을 토대로 해석하자면, ‘적응’과 ‘문화’는 사회적응과 문화적응스트레스를 일컬으며 이들은 꾸준한 관심을 받았다. 셋째, 워드클라우드 결과에 따르면, 미등록 체류 외국인 근로자 관련 연구들이 지속적으로 진행되었다. 미등록 체류 외국인 근로자는 많은 규모를 차지하고 있기에 미등록 체류를 방지하기 위한 제도가 급한 상황이다.
