Purpose : This study investigates the priority of Joint Logistics Center for online delivery at the time when online-oriented consumption was accelerated starting with Corona 19 Research design, data, methodology : The paper uses AHP techniqu. In this study, 5 factors (institutional support, enterprise characteristics operational characteristics, communication and Information Systems) and 20 sub-factors for activation e Results : Among the five top factors, priority was identified in the order of operational characteristics, enterprise characteristics, information systems, communication, and institutional support. In the overall Priority, sub-factors such as securing the latest logistics facilities, service development efforts required by participating companies, flexible operation in consideration of product characteristics, sufficient understanding of the logistics of participating companies, and contract implementation considering the characteristics of participating companies were found to be the top 5 sub-factors. Conclusions : This study is meaningful in that it suggests the priority for using the Joint Logistics Center, which is necessary for online-based operators and companies to secure competitiveness of the logistics of their companies.

본 논문은 코로나19를 기점으로 온라인 중심의 소비로의 전환이 가속화되는 시점에 온라인 배송을 위한 공동물류센터 활성화를 위한 요소 5가지(제도지원적, 기업특성적, 운영특성적, 의 사소통, 정보시스템)와 하위요소 20가지를 구성한 후 AHP 기법을 활용하여 우선순위를 연구 하였다. 상위요소 5가지 중에서의 우선순위는 운영특성적 측면, 기업특성적 측면, 정보시스템 측면, 의사소통, 제도 지원적 측면 순으로 확인되었다. 전체 우선순위에서는 최신 물류시설 확 보, 참여기업 요구하는 서비스 개발노력, 상품특성 고려한 탄력적 운영, 참여대상 기업의 물류 공동화에 대한 충분한 이해, 참여기업 특성을 고려한 계약 실시가 1위부터 5위까지로 확인되 었다. 본 연구는 온라인 기반 사업자와 기업들이 자사의 물류경쟁력 확보를 위해 필요한 공동 물류센터를 활용하기 위한 우선순위를 제시하였다는 점에서 의미를 가진다.
