Artificial intelligence, which has recently begun to be actively researched, is causing innovation by being applied to various industries. A number of social problems caused by the aging phenomenon are issuing worldwide. In particular, artificial intelligence has been applied to healthcare for the older adults to improve their quality of life. Therefore, this paper outlined the background of artificial intelligence-related technologies applied to the healthcare field, as well as the research on the field of senile diseases and artificial intelligence healthcare for older adults. Establishing the development direction of the healthcare field in which artificial intelligence is applied in an aging society, technical, ethical, and financial issues were considered in the final part of this paper.

최근 활발히 연구되기 시작한 인공지능은 다양한 산업에 응용되면서 혁신을 일으키고 있다. 고령화 현상으로 인한 사회적 문제는 범세계적으로 발생하고 있는데, 특히 고령자를 대상으로 하는 헬스케 어에 인공지능이 접목되어 그들의 삶의 질을 높여주고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 인공지능 관련 기술의 헬스케어분야에 적용된 배경을 비롯하여 고령화에 따른 노인성 질환, 고령자를 위한 인공지능 헬스 케어분야 관련 연구를 개괄했다. 마지막으로 고령화 사회에서 인공지능이 접목된 헬스케어분야의 발 전 방향 정립을 위해 기술적, 윤리적 및 재정적 문제와 관련한 고려사항을 제시하였다.
