This paper aims to search for educational methods to deal with privileges as an alternative in Korean society, where the issue of youth gender conflict is spreading. Beyond the dichotomous scheme of female victims and male perpetrators, this paper considered various oppressive systems and gender relationships, and sought to explore some teaching methods that enhance the understanding of the privilege of self-awareness of one's position in the complex web of oppression. To this end, the theoretical issues of feminist pedagogy on discrimination and privilege were examined, and the education modules applicable to the classroom were presented. The training module consisted of three theme: the first module is the process of exploring identity so that you can recognize privileges based on intersections. The second module conducts “privilege walking” experiments in order to help students visualize privileges, and the third module heightens gender sensitivity by illustrating a list of gender-based privileges. This study is meaningful in that it explored educational methods that foster a deeper empathy and consideration for others in the face of serious gender conflicts experienced among the younger generation.

이 논문은 청년 세대 젠더 갈등 문제가 확산 되고 있는 한국사회에서 이에 대한 대안으로 특권을 다루는 구체적인 교육 방법을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 여성 피해자, 남성 가해자라는 이분법적인 도식을 넘어서 다양한 억압체계와 젠더의 관계를 성찰하며, 복잡한 억압의 그물망 속에서 자신의 위치를 자각하 는 특권에 대한 이해를 높이는 교수법을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 차별과 특권에 대한 페미니스트 페다고지의 이론적 쟁점을 살펴보고, 수업 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 교육 모듈을 제시하였다. 교육 모듈은 3가지 주제로 구성되었다. 첫 번째 모듈은 교차성에 기반한 특권을 인식할 수 있도록 정체성을 탐색하는 과정이며, 두 번째 모듈은 특권을 가시화하기 위한 특권 걷기 실험을 진행하며, 세 번째 모듈은 성별화된 특권 목록을 작성해 보는 과정을 통해서 성인지 감수성을 향상시킨다. 본 연구는 청년 세대 젠더 갈등이 심각한 상황에서 성별 인식의 간극을 좁히고 타인에 대한 깊은 공감과 배려를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육방법에 대해서 탐색하였다는데 그 의미가 있다.
