The purpose of this article is to review and its related works. And it's about creating a new perspective for understanding . Through this, these works are re-examined in historical and cultural contexts, I would like to explore the value and significance of in the Goryeo song. The texts related to started with various folk songs that reflect the entertainment and urban atmosphere of the late Goryeo Dynasty. It is believed that the original song of originated from a folk and urban song. is a song made by the Ozam group for King Chungryul. It is a "New Song Sokak" of the time, which was created through the process of refining "Rectification" and musical integrity. On the surface, it is intended to satisfy King Chungnyeol's sexual desire, but behind it is the political innermost thoughts of the Ozam group. There was an appeal to trust their sincerity about "rumors and misunderstandings" and a warning to political opponents. is a new Goryeo folk music that keep the world on one's guard between the ages of Ozam and Chungryul and suggests the direction of the king's future. Two of the four verse included which included a later evaluation of the dictatorialness of Ozam and King Chungryul. Since then, has expanded beyond into a story of various realities. 이 글의 목적은 <쌍화점>과 그 관련 작품들을 다시 한번 살펴보고, <쌍화점> 이해를 위한 새로운 시각을 마련하는 데 있다. 이를 통해 이 작품들을 역사적, 문화적 맥락 속에서 재조명하여 고려속요 <쌍화점>의 가치와 의의를 찾아보고자 한다. <쌍화점> 관련 텍스트들은 고려 후기 유흥적‧도시적 분위기를 반영한 다양한 민간 시정의 노래에서 출발하였다. <삼장>의 원곡은 민간・시정의 노래에서 시작되었을 것으로 판단된다. <삼장>은 오잠 등이 충렬왕을 위해 만든 노래로 ‘敎閱’과 음악적 절조를 다듬는 과정을 거쳐 만들어진 당대 ‘新聲 俗樂’이다. 표면적으로 충렬왕의 성색을 충족시키기 위한 것이지만 그 이면에는 오잠 무리들의 정치적 속내가 담겨 있다. ‘소문과 오해’에 대한 자신들의 진심을 믿어달라는 호소가 들어간 동시에 政敵들에 대한 경고도 함께 들어간 것이다. <쌍화점>은 오잠과 충렬왕 이후 그 세태를 경계로 삼고 군왕이 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 제시한 새로운 고려 속악이다. 총 4연 중 2연에 <삼장>이 포함되었고, 여기에는 오잠과 충렬왕의 전횡에 대한 후대적 평가가 내재 되었다. 이후 <쌍화점>은 <삼장>을 넘어 다양한 현실상을 담아내는 이야기로 확대되었으나, 차별적 존재들과 은밀한 공간에서 이루어진 남녀 간의 애정 소재들은 선정적 이미지를 연상시켰고, 이로 인해 <쌍화점>은 점차 유흥적인 노래로 향유되고 퍼져나갔다. 󰡔시용향악보󰡕의 <쌍화곡>은 <쌍화점> 본래의 의도가 되살려진 작품이다. 그 주제는 군왕이 독단에 빠지지 말 것에 대한 경계와 군신 간의 화락이다. <쌍화점> 본의를 되살리고자 하는 차원에서 개사되며 재창작된 것으로 볼 수 있겠다.
