This study was intended to verify the strategic priorities of job training contents recognized by caregivers at home facilities by using the IPA comparative analysis of job training contents. Since the traditional IPA was proposed by Martilla & James (1977), many studies have used traditional IPA as a simple, easy-to-interpret analysis method that can help working-level staff. However, there has been constant criticism of the possibility of misinterpreting the results, and various methods have been proposed to address them. In this study, the analysis results of the modified IPA of Deng (2007) using relative importance and absolute achievement to compare with traditional IPA are different from the existing research. As a result of the analysis through the revised IPA technique, it was found that job ethics, clothing and bedding cleanliness management, and maintaining a pleasant living environment in the continuous maintenance area of job training contents. The key improvement areas were identified as items for understanding and prevention of safety management-fire, stretching, and musculoskeletal disease. Sexual harassment prevention, self-management, safety management- earthquake, elderly rehabilitation, pressure ulcer management, and dementia prevention were shown in low priority areas. It was analyzed as hygiene control items such as human rights of the elderly, abuse of the elderly, communication with listening, fall management, long-term care-related system guidance, meal preparation and nutrition management, food and tableware. These findings can provide useful data for establishing strategies for job training for effective caregivers by examining the importance and achievement of caregivers in home care centers.

이 연구는 재가시설 요양보호사를 대상으로 직무교육내용에 대한 IPA 비교분석을 활용하여 이들이 인식하는 직무교육내용의 전략적 우선순위에 대하여 검증하고자 하였다. Martilla & James(1977)에 의해 전통적 IPA가 제안된 이후 많은 연구에서 전통적 IPA는 간단하고 해석이 용이하여 실무진에게 도움을 줄 수 있는 분석 방법으로 활용해 왔다. 그러나 결과를 잘못 해석할 가능성에 대해 꾸준히 지적되어왔으 며, 이를 해결하기 위해 다양한 방법이 제안되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 전통적 IPA와 비교하기 위해 상대적 중요도와 절대적 성취도를 이용하는 Deng(2007)의 수정된 IPA의 분석결과를 비교살펴봄으로써 기존의 연구와는 차별성을 두었다. 수정된 IPA기법을 통한 분석결과 직무교육내용중 지속적 유지영역에 직업 윤리, 피복 및 침상 청결관리, 쾌적한 거주 환경유지하기 항목으로 나타났다. 중점개선영역에 안전관리-화 재, 스트레칭, 근골격계질환의 이해와 예방 항목으로 나타났다. 저우선순위영역에 성희롱예방, 자기관리, 안전관리-지진, 노인재활, 욕창관리, 치매알아보기로 나타났다. 과잉노력지양에 노인의 인권, 노인학대, 경청과 의사소통, 낙상관리, 장기요양관련 제도안내, 식사준비와 영양관리, 식품 및 식기 등의 위생관리 항목으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 재가시설 요양보호사들이 직무교육에 대해 인식하는 중요도와 성취도를 살펴봄으로써 효과적인 요양보호사 직무교육 전략수립에 유용한 자료를 제공할 수 있다.
