The essay is to investigate a portent-culture at Han dynasty and illuminate it from a sustainable civilization-view to find out a kind of methodology to the modern way of seriously distorted life from the perspective of Post-Corona Age. The point is to explicate how the nature principle can be organically associated with the social law. Standing at an ecologismic gaze, the portent-culture is based upon the reciprocal unity of the nature principle and the social law. The viewpoint is that the principle of life and the value of morality are in the same line of community-consciousness. It has the integral horizon that the life rhythm of zi-qiang-bu-xi is in accordance with that of sheng-sheng-bu-xi. The doctrine of Yin-xing and Yang-de by Dong-Zhong-xu results from a doctrine of responding between Heaven and man. Justice should be realized a successive line of morality, and punishment should be executed in an extended line of virtue in the sovereign of cultural administration. Consequently, understanding a portent-culture can make a methodological way to overcome the modern limitation of social technology in the Post-Corona age.

본고에서는 포스트코로나 시대를 맞이하여 사회공동체가 어떻게 소통하고 통합할 수 있을 것인가 하는 문제의식에서 출발한다. 그 논점으로서 漢代의 災異문화의 성격을 살펴보고 그 속에 담긴 공동체의 의식을 생태주의적 시선에서 접근함으로써 지속가능한 문명의 강령을 모색해보고자 한다. 재이문화는 天人感應의 내재적 관계에 입각하여 天災地變의 자연현상을 삶의 방식에 활용한 통치이념의 산물이다. 그것은 巫術의 신비적 혹은 미신적 영향을 받은 것과는 별개로 儒術의 체제 속에서 數術의 방식을 활용함으로써 인간 삶의 전반에 막대한 영향력을 발휘하였다. 당시에 그것은 大一統의 春秋정신과 陰陽五行의 洪範방식이 맞물리면서 新儒學의 독특한 문화통치의 일환으로 자리잡았다. 특히 동중서가 역설한 陰刑陽德의 경계는 공동체적 역량을 결집시키는 통치의 합목적론적 차원에서 陰과 陽의 생태적 방식에 따라 刑과 德의 문명적 원칙을 도출해낸 것이다. 여기에는 생명의 이치로부터 도덕의 가치를 고양시키는 생태주의적 시선이 있다. 따라서 재이문화에는 국가적 통치의 목적과 사회적 통합의 방법을 연속선상에 놓는, 계도와 교화, 소통과 해소의 사회공학적 차원을 지닌다. 이는 다가올 포스트코로나 시대에 인간의 삶이 생태적 환경 속에서 어떻게 충족될 수 있는가 하는 文明史的 시사점을 제공한다.
