The objective of this study was to analyze the effects of the family support, school life adjustment, and life satisfaction of the multicultural youth on the motivation of accomplishment. To achieve this objective, this study used the data of 1,260 youth out of the “multicultural youth panel” data surveyed in 2017 by the National Youth Policy Institute. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the male multicultural youth showed higher life satisfaction than female multicultural youth. Second, life satisfaction positively affected the motivation of accomplishment of the multicultural youth. Third, family support positively influenced the motivation of accomplishment of the multicultural youth. Fourth, it was also found that school life adjustment positively affected the motivation of accomplishment of the multicultural youth. These results revealed that family support, school life adjustment, and life satisfaction were variables influencing the motivation of accomplishment of the multicultural youth.

본 연구는 다문화청소년의 가족지지, 학교생활적응, 삶의 만족도가 성취동기에 미치는 영향 을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서 실시하고 있는 ‘다문화청소년패널’의 2017년에 조사된 데이터 중 청소년용 1,260명의 자료를 사용하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 다문화청소년의 여자청소년보다 남자청소년이 삶의 만족도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 삶의만족도가 다문화청소년의 성취동기에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족지지가 다문화청소년의 성취동기에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학교생활 적응이 다문화청소년의 성취동기에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 학교 생활적응, 삶의 만족도, 가족지지가 다문화청소년의 성취동기에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인할 수 있었다.
