In this thesis, focusing on the five rings in 『Dong Mong Seon Seup』, I’ve investigated the values of the character education of the ‘Oryun(五倫) in modern society, and studied the children's character education learning model using the ‘Oryun’ The Oryun is a human relations ethic. The sonship, the infeudation, the married, the Jang Yu, and the Bung Woo are relative and complementary relationships. The ethics of Close(親), Justice(義), Specific(別), Order(序) and faith(信) that must be observed mutually in a mate relationship is the order and principle of human relations, and the laws necessary to maintain society. BooJaYooChin(父子有親) and BoongWooYooShin(朋 友有信) are the ethics required in any society regardless of the times, and GoonShinYooEui(君臣有義) can have validity if replaced with those for the state or company. BuBuYooByeol(夫婦有別) can be understood as not discrimination, but as difference and fulfilling their respective roles. JangYooYooSeo(長幼有序) is a more necessary ethic today due to the responsibility of adulthood and respect for children. In this way, the ethics of parent-child closeness[親], the ethics of right[義] in the organizational society, the ethics of acknowledging differences[別], the ethics of the order of human relations[序], the ethics of trust [faith] to make friends It will be able to play the role of character education in society. In this meaning, this research prepared the basis for the modern application of the five rings by examining the relationship between the contents of the Oryun and the eight virtues of personality education (Etiquette, Filial piety, Honesty, Responsibility, Respect, Consideration, Communication, and Cooperation). Based on it, for 12 weeks, children’s personality education learning model for the recovery of human relations was conceived and concrete learning guidance plans were proposed.

본 논문에서는 『동몽선습』의 오륜을 중심으로 현대사회에서 오륜의 인성교육적 가치를 살펴보고, 오륜을 활용한 아동 인성교육 학습모형을 연구하였다. 오륜은 인간관계 윤리로 부자, 군신, 부부, 장유, 붕우는 짝이 되는 상 대적인 관계이자 상호 보완적인 관계이다. 짝을 이루는 관계에서 상호 적으로 지켜야 할 친(親)⋅의(義)⋅별(別)⋅서(序)⋅신(信)의 윤리는 인간 관계의 질서와 도리이고 사회를 유지하는데 필요한 법칙이다. 부자유친 과 붕우유신은 시대를 막론하고 어떤 사회에서나 요구되는 윤리이고, 군신유의는 국가나, 기업에 대한 것으로 대치하면 타당성을 가질 수 있 다. 부부유별도 차별이 아닌 다름으로 인식하고 각각의 역할을 다하는 것으로 이해될 수 있다. 장유유서는 어른다움의 책임과 어린이의 공경 으로 오늘날 더욱 필요한 윤리이다. 이렇게 부모와 자식의 친함[親]의 윤리, 조직사회에서 옳음[義]의 윤리, 다름[別]을 인정하는 윤리, 인간 관계 질서[序]의 윤리, 벗을 사귀는 신뢰[信]의 윤리로 현대사회에서 인성교육의 역할을 해낼 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구에서는 오륜의 내용과 인성교육 8대 덕목(예, 효, 정직, 책임, 존중, 배려, 소통, 협동)과의 관계를 검토하여 오륜의 현 대적 적용의 근거를 마련하였다. 이를 바탕으로 12주의 인간관계 회복을 위한 아동 인성교육 학습모형을 구상하고 구체적인 학습 지도 방안을 제시하였다.
