Samsa Literature, when first founded, announced that it shall be ‘the new wing’. Despite the evaluations that considered it to be an ‘imitation’ or ‘Sang Lee’s epigonen’, it is clear that it aimed to escape from ‘unification’ and strived for ‘correct sporadicism’ when it came to creative writing. This paper focuses on the fact that although Samsa Literature was influenced by Sang Lee, but this cannot be the evidence for disregarding their strive for ‘renouncement’ and ‘originality’. The poetic changes found in this magazine since “Renouncing Logic” proves that the activities of its writers have exceeded a simple imitation of Sang Lee’s poetry, and created a form of literature that can stand its own ground. “Renouncing Logic”, “SURREALISME”, and other aspects of Siwoo Lee’s poetic philosophy have succeeded in providing a creative framework for the magazine, despite its innate difficulty and aggressiveness. He argued that Samsa Literature is in a position of a younger generation in Korea’s literary fields at the time, and that the discovery of popular literature is simply an amateuristic amateur move. This serves to prove that these relatively younger writers have established a creative set point of ‘renouncement’ and “originality”, and proceeded to create with synchrony. It is difficult to regard Samsa Literature’s poetic philosophy as an example of a creative framework. It lacks in quantity, and its contents cannot escape the criticism of repetitiveness and difficulty. However, their creative methodology can be a part of what Breton considered as “judged to be extremely confusing”, or ‘an attempt’ at “correct sporadicism”. In addition, poetry created by Siwu Lee and his colleagues, based on ‘renouncement’ and ‘originality’ can be a living evidence of how they integrated and digested a foreign theory.

『삼사문학』은 창간 당시 스스로 그들의 모임이 “새로운 나래(翼)”가 될 것 임을 선언했다. 비록 ‘아류’, ‘이상의 에피고넨’이라는 평가를 받긴 했으나 창작에 있어 “방법통일”을 피하고 “바람직한 돌발성”을 지향했다는 사실만 큼은 명백하다. 본고는 『삼사문학』이 이상의 영향을 받았다는 것은 사실이나 그것이 그들 의 ‘절연’, ‘오리지날리티’ 추구를 부정할 수 있는 증거는 아니라는 것에 주 목한다. 특히 「절연하는 논리」 이후 동인의 작품에서 발견되는 시적 변화는 이들의 활동이 단지 이상 시에 대한 아류적 모방을 넘어 스스로의 문학을 형성하였다는 것을 증명한다. 「절연하는 논리」・「SURREALISME」등 이시우의 시론은 그 자체의 난삽 함과 공격적인 문투에도 불구하고 동인의 창작방법론을 제시하는 데 성공 했다. 그는 삼사문학 동인이 조선문단에서 ‘Younger Generation’의 위치를 점유하고 있음을, 심지어 기성 문학의 발견이 단지 ‘Amateur’의 ‘아마츄어 릿슈’에 불과함을 주장했다. 이는 조선문단에서 다소 젊은 편이었던 그들이 ‘절연’과 ‘오리지날리티’라는 작법적 기준점을 구축하고, 동시성을 지닌 창 작 행위를 진행하였다는 정황을 제시한다. 『삼사문학』의 시론은 하나의 작법적 모범으로 자리잡았다고 보기는 어렵 다. 분량부터가 매우 적은 편이며, 내용적으로도 동어반복적이고 난삽하다 는 비판을 피할 수 없다. 그러나 그들의 창작방법론은 브르통이 “극도로 혼 란스럽다고 판단했던 수많은 시도”, “바람직한 돌발성”을 위한 “어떤 시도” 의 일부가 될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 이시우를 위시한 동인들이 ‘절연’과 ‘오 리지날리티’에 바탕해 창작한 시작품은 외부 이론을 받아들여 자생적으로 발전한 “생생한 증거”로 볼 수 있다.
