In order to achieve the necessity and purpose of research in this study, the Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival, a community culture and tourism festival, was selected to be reborn as a global festival by utilizing regional characteristics and to promote community development, and the following research problems were established. First, the status analysis of the Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival was conducted. Second, I would like to present the direction of development of Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival of the Community Culture and Tourism Festival. Data analysis can be called the process of systematically organizing or arranging data obtained through data search analysis and content analysis, and data has been integrated, reduced, and interpreted during the analysis process. The method of investigation was analyzed through the data search analysis method and the content analysis method, and the data search analysis method was conducted through the domestic and foreign related papers, books, publications, press releases, related websites, and various statistical data. The conclusion of the theoretical review of the use of community development using the linkage method of community resources and culture and tourism festivals to achieve the research task in this study is as follows. First, the status analysis of the Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival was conducted. Second, the direction of development of Cheonan Heungtaryeong Dance Festival was suggested for the community culture and tourism festival.

본 연구에서 연구의 필요성과 목적을 달성하기 위해 지역사회자원과 문화관광축제의 연계 방안을 이용하여 지역 적 특성을 살려 글로벌한 축제로 거듭나고 지역사회발전을 활성화하기 위함으로 지역사회 문화관광축제인 천안 흥타령 춤축제를 선정하고 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 지역사회 문화관광축제 천안 흥타령 춤 축제의 현황 분석을 하였다. 둘째, 지역사회 문화관광축제의 천안 흥타령 춤 축제 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 자료 분석은 문헌조사분석 (data research analysis)과 내용분석(content analysis)을 통해 얻어진 자료들을 체계적으로 정리하거나 배열하는 과정이라 할 수 있으며, 분석과정에서 자료는 통합, 축소, 해석화 되었다. 조사방법은 문헌조사 분석 방법(data research analysis method)과 내용 분석적 방법(content analysis method)을 통한 분석으로 국내외 관련 논문, 서적, 간행물, 보도자료, 관련 홈페이지와 각종 통계자료를 통해 문헌조사 분석 방법(data research analysis method)을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 연구의 과제를 달성하기 위해 지역사회자원과 문화관광축제의 연계 방안을 이용한 지역사회발전을 활용 방안을 검토한 이론적 고찰한 내용의 결론은 아래와 같다. 첫째, 지역사회 문화관광축제 천안 흥타령 춤 축제의 현황 분석 을 하였다. 둘째, 지역사회 문화관광축제의 천안 흥타령 춤 축제 발전 방향을 제시하였다.
