The purpose of this study is to improve the organizational culture of Korea Coast Guard officers and the effect of organizational conflict of Korea Coast Guard Officers on Presenteeism. The study based on the results using AHP was conducted to evaluate the important factors that influence the organizational culture of Korea Coast Guard. First, in the preliminary research conducted on Korea Coast Guard culture, police organization has the following characteristics; authoritarianism, traditionalism, resistance to organizational change, command universalism, and abolition. Second, numerous officers of current Korea Coast Guard have graduated the same school and educational institution. Third, Korea Coast Guard is in charge of the safety of the people for the public interest, the organization considers the result of personal performance more than the organization performance. As a result of conducting a survey with the factors set in this study, resulting negative impact on the characteristics of the organizational culture, It has been revealed that limitations on practical factors can actually effect the results of this study.

본 연구는 해양경찰공무원의 조직문화를 이해하기 위해 조직 갈등이 프리젠티즘 에 미치는 요소를 문헌연구를 통해 도출하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 AHP를 이용하여 해경의 조직문화 요인들의 중요도를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 첫째, 해경 조직문화에 관한 선행연구는 권위주의, 전통주의, 조직변화에 대한 저 항성, 명령만능주의, 폐쇄주의 등이 있다. 둘째, 해경 조직 내 구성원은 같은 학교를 졸업한 사람들이 많이 존재한다. 셋째, 해경은 개인의 성과보다는 조직의 성과를 더 중요하게 생각하는 조직이다. 본 연구에서 설정한 요인들로 설문을 실시하여 조직문화의 특성에 부정적인 영향 을 가지고 있다는 것을 밝혀냈지만, 실질적으로 더 많은 영향을 주는 요인이 존재할 수 있다는 점에서 한계를 가지고 있다.
