This study is based on the theory that delinquency and crime occur due to exclusive hatred within the same people as a secondary form of cultural relativity that Salin said. In particular, adolescents from multicultural families are likely to be subject to exclusive hatred. Therefore, the recent increase in multicultural youth in Korea was carried out with the necessity of research in the dimension of support for settlement in Korea, response to problems, and prevention. The first is a study related to the verification of gender differences due to cultural relativity. Therefore, it is assumed that the cause of delinquency among adolescents from multicultural families is that there is a difference in depression according to gender. Therefore, the final purpose of this study is to confirm that there is a difference in the developmental trajectory of depression and the resulting delinquency according to the gender of adolescents from multicultural families. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that gender had a significant effect on the change of depression in adolescents in multicultural families. In addition, it was confirmed that the change in delinquency behavior according to the change in depression had a significant effect, and that depression had different effects on delinquency behavior according to gender. Until now, the cause of juvenile delinquency in multicultural families has been found in parenting and school life. However, it will be meaningful that the research results confirmed the basis for different approaches to youth from multicultural families according to gender. In regard to juvenile delinquency in multicultural families, the main concern was whether the patriarchal aspect of Korean society affects family discord and whether this affects adolescents. However, recent discussions require attention to psychological factors such as depression that occur within students as much as problems within the home. In particular, it is important to check the differences according to gender and to suggest alternatives accordingly.

이 연구는 샐린이 말했던 문화상대성의 2차적 형태로 같은 민족 안에서의 배타적인 혐오에 기인 하여 비행과 범죄가 발생되는 이론에 근거한다. 특히, 다문화가정의 청소년은 배타적 혐오의 대상이 되기 쉽다. 따라서 최근 국내에서 증가되고 있는 다문화 청소년이 국내 정착관련 지원과 문제시 대 응 및 예방 차원의 연구에 필요성을 두고 진행되었다. 그 첫 번째가 문화상대성으로 인한 성별에 따 른 차이 검증과 관련된 연구이다. 따라서 다문화 가정 청소년의 비행의 원에 있어서 성별에 따라 우 울감에 차이가 발생되기 때문이라고 가정했다. 때문에 다문화 가정 청소년의 성별에 따라 우울감의 발달궤적과 그에 따른 비행행동의 발달궤적에 차이가 존재한다는 것을 확인하는 것이 이 연구의 최 종 목적이다. 분석 결과 성별에 따라서 다문화 가정의 청소년에게 우울감 변화에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 우울감의 변화에 따른 비행행동의 변화 역시 유의미한 영향을 미치면서 성 별에 따라 비행행동에 우울감이 다르게 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 지금까지 다문화 가정의 청소년 비행행동에 대해서 부모의 양육과 학교생활에서 그 원인을 찾았다. 하지만 연구 결과 를 통해 성별에 따라 다문화 가정 청소년에게 다르게 접근할 수 있는 근거를 확인했다는데 의미가 있을 것이다. 다문화 가정의 청소년 비행에 대해서 대부분 한국사회의 가부장적 양상이 가정의 불화에 영향을 미치는 것과 이것이 청소년에게 영향을 미치는지를 주된 관심이었다. 하지만 최근의 논의는 가정 내 에서의 문제만큼 학생들 안에서 발생 되는 우울감 등의 심리적 요인에 관심이 필요할 것이다. 특히 성별에 따른 차이를 확인하고 그에 맞는 대안의 제시가 중요하다고 하겠다.
