This paper has taken Ji’nan Daily Newspaper as a typical case, making a detailed analysis of Chinese local newspaper in terms of their development and changes around the period of the reform and opening-up. The focal points of this paper are mainly about the following three aspects. 1. The Relationship between Our Party and Ji’nan Daily Newspaper before and after the Reform and Opening-up Ji’nan Daily Newspaper first came out commenting on politics when first established, which was aimed at achieving political objectives and expanding influences of our Party. Apart from propagandizing the ideologies, policies and making the fruits of socialism construction known, Ji’nan Daily Newspaper had "for our Party and people" as its tenet. This paper has, on the one hand, explicates the relationship between our Party and Ji’nan Daily Newspaper on the other hand, the feature of China’s journalism. 2. Market Economy’s Impact on Ji’nan Daily Newspaper. The ways of running this newspaper have been various according to the specific situations of social development. So this paper has intended to make clear the changes after the reform and opening-up. 3. The Management Genre and Development Way of Ji’nan Daily Newspaper. With the development of society, various departments of Ji’nan Daily Newspaper, such as management, interviewing, editing, printing and issuing, will undergo new changes accordingly. This paper has explicated the rational and appropriate ways to reform and analyzed the ways of tackling headaches during the process of these changes. To attain the ultimate purpose, this paper has adopted the method of literature review. We consulted numerous materials, editorials, newspapers, some internet materials, which are profoundly conducive to our completion of this essay. Besides these, we went directly to Ji’nan Daily Newspaper office to obtain first-hand information and had inspiring talks with the leaders.

제남일보는 중국공산당의 기관지로서 산동성 지역에서 1948월 10일 10 일에 창간되었다. 중국공산당의 정치적 목표를 실현하고 영향력 확대를 최우선으로 한 제남일보는 창사 당시 정치성 신문의 성격을 띠고 있었다. 하지만 중국의 개혁－개방 이후 제남일보의 여러 부문, 예를 들면 경영, 취재, 편집, 인쇄, 발행 등에서 새로운 변화가 요구되었다. 개방 후 반절판 8면으로 컬러 일간지로 발행되었으며, 사회주의 시장경제의 영향을 받아 신문산업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 주말판을 발행하였다. 사회주의 시장 경제 하에서 제남일보는 신문사 간의 경쟁으로 신문의 정보량을 늘리면서 독자들을 끌어들이는데 주력하였다. 또한 제남일보는 개혁－개방 이후 신문지면뿐만 아니라 인사제도와 경영의 다원화 등을 추구하였다.

本论文以中国山东济南日报为典型案例，对中国地方报社在改革开放前后的 变化、发展方向等做出了分析研究。论文的主题部分围绕着三个研究问题进行 分析： 1. 改革开放前后中国共产党与济南日报的关系。 为了实现中国共产党的政治性目标和最大限度的扩大其影响力，济南日报在 创立之初是作为政治性的报纸出现的。济南日报除了对党的思想，方针，政策 进行宣传，承担展现社会主义建设成果之外，还把为党为人民作为最高的宗 旨。本论文一方面对济南日报和中国共产党的关系进行具体的研究，一方面考 察中国新闻的性质是怎样的。 2. 改革开放后，市场经济对济南日报的影响。 根据社会的发展和变化，报社的经营方式也越来越多元化。本论文主要研究 济南日报社在中国进行市场经济之后，发生了何种变化。 3. 济南日报的经营模式与发展方向。 随着中国社会的变化发展，济南日报的各个部门（例如，管理，采访，编 辑，印刷，发行等)也都面临新的改革。本论文主要以报社为中心，针对哪一 种改革是值得提倡的改革，或者在改革过程中会遇到何种困难进行研究。 为了达到研究的目的，本论文采取文献研究的方法。收集大量的论文，研究 院及公共机关的研究报告。以国内著书和国内相关单位发行的数据为基础，参 考定期刊物和报纸，通过网络进行分析、研究。为了研究更加准确、真实，直 接去济南日报进行访问，获得相关数据。还与报社相关领导、采编部部长见 面，并倾听其见解。
