This purpose of this study is to present the direction of pastoral care needed in the era of ‘Corona Blue’ and suggest a concrete plan about how ministers can care for the suffering and mental health problems experienced by Christians, such as depression and anxiety. In the introduction, this researcher raised the question of the social responsibility of the church, reflecting on the fact that the church community is at the center of the spread of Corona 19. The main text is about the symptoms of ‘Corona Blue’ caused by Corona 19 and about how to cope it socially. The researcher suggested two directions for pastoral care needed in the era of ‘Corona Blue’ and mentions the concept and functions of pastoral care. The two directions relate to pastoral care for mental health and pastoral care for local communities. Finally, the researcher suggested details of pastoral care needed in the era of ‘Corona Blue’ along the following lines: first, provision of a safe church environment and change in the perception of non-face-to-face church services; second, engaging in empathic listening; third, healing sermons and the operation of recovery programs; fourth, activation of individual and small-group communication through SNS; fifth, operation of programs for training‘ mental health caregivers; and sixth, utilization of regional networking and human cloud. In conclusion, pastors are expected not only to be interested in maintaining and restoring the mental health of Christians but also to be able to fulfill the mission of the times of the church through pastoral care for local communities to which the church belongs, in the era of ‘Corona Blue.’

본 연구의 목적은‘코로나블루’시대에 필요한 목회적 돌봄의 방향 을 제시하고, 목회자가 우울과 불안과 같은 정신건강의 문제를 경험하 고 있는 성도들에게 어떻게 목회돌봄을 할 수 있을 것인지 구체적인 방 안을 제안하는 데 있다. 서론에서는 코로나19 확산의 중심에 교회공동 체가 있다는 점을 성찰하면서 교회의 사회적 책임에 대한 문제를 제기 했다. 본론에서는 코로나19로 인한‘코로나블루’의 증상과 사회적 대 처방식에 대해서 살펴보았다. 또한 연구자는 목회돌봄의 개념과 기능 을 언급하면서‘코로나블루’시대에 필요한 목회돌봄의 방향을 두 가 지로 제시했는데, 첫째는 정신건강을 위한 목회돌봄이며, 또 한 가지는 지역공동체를 위한 목회돌봄이다. 마지막으로 연구자는‘코로나블루’ 시대에 필요한 목회돌봄의 구체적인 내용을 다음과 같이 제시했다. 첫 째, 안전한 교회 환경 제공과 비대면 예배에 대한 인식전환, 둘째, 공감 적 경청으로 돌보기, 셋째, 치유적 설교와 회복프로그램의 운영, 넷째, SNS를 통한 개인 및 소모임 소통의 활성화, 다섯째, ‘정신건강 돌보 미’양성 과정 운영, 여섯째, 지역네트워킹 및 휴먼 클라우드 활용 등 이 필요하다고 보았다. 결론적으로‘코로나블루’시대를 맞이하여 목 회자는 성도의 정신건강의 유지와 회복에 관심을 가질 뿐 아니라, 교회 가 속한 지역공동체를 위한 목회돌봄을 통해서 교회의 시대적 사명을 감당할 수 있기를 바란다.
