- The increase in the intensity and frequency of disasters played an important role in the change in disaster awareness. As a research method to achieve the purpose of this study, the purpose of the study is to identify the association and importance of the upper and lower classes through the importance analysis of the level of anxiety about the possibility of disaster damage on post-traumatic stress recognition and to derive alternatives. Results: Nine factors of major improvement were identified in AHP comprehensive alternative criticality analysis. CONCLUSION: In addition, on a sub-evaluation basis, 1local health activity.2 Post-traumatic stress was shown to indicate the importance of local health activities. In the integrated weighted value of alternatives, safety-vulnerable class:A4 Alternative B4 Family Damage Possibility Unstable No. 1 and B1 Disability of Persons with Disabilities Second. Next, Human Accidents: A2 sub-components were ranked fourth in children's traffic accidents and fifth in fires. As a result of the survey on local medical health activities in Japan, experts' decision-making determined the importance of local medical health over post-traumatic stress factors. Based on this, it is believed that waste in terms of safety costs can be prevented if it is reflected in the establishment of a disaster.
