The organization's operations are in the external environment, the organization can not change the environment, but must to respond to environment changes. This study research the influence of environment dynamic and specific investment on alternative mechanism for controlling opportunism in the franchise system, and the influence of the control mechanism on the relationship quality of the headquarters and the franchise. The results showed that the environment uncertainty has influence on the incentive and monitoring, transaction specific investment has influence on the various ways of controlling mechanism, qualification and socialization have influence on the relationship quality.

조직의 운영은 외부환경의 포위 속에 처해 있으며, 조직은 환경을 바꿀 수 없다. 하지만, 환경의 변화에 적극적인 노력을 기울여야 한다. 본문은 환경의 동태 성과 교역 전용 자산이 연쇄경영시스템의 투기행위의 조절 기구에 끼치는 영향 및 조절 기구가 가맹본부와 가맹점 간 관계 품질에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰하였 다. 결과적으로 연쇄경영시스템 속에서 환경의 동태성이 가맹본부의 가맹점에 대 한 격려와 감시에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 교역 전용 자산 조절의 각 방 식에도 영향을 끼쳐 조절 기구의 자격 한정과 사회화가 쌍방의 관계 품질에도 영 향을 끼친다는 결과를 도출하였다.

组织的运营处于外部环境的包围中，组织无法改变环境，但要努力应对环境的 变化。本文研究了环境的动态性和交易专项投资对连锁经营系统中投机行为的控 制机制的影响，以及控制机制对加盟本部和加盟店间关系质量的影响。结果显 示，连锁经营系统中，环境的动态性对加盟本部对加盟店的激励和监视有影响， 交易专项投资对控制的各方式均有影响，控制机制中的资格限定和社会化对双方 的关系质量有影响。
