This study analyze the effect of networking behavior of college students majoring in aviation service on major commitment and career preparation behavior. For the analysis, a questionnaire is conducted on major nuclear students majoring in aviation service, and a total of 245 copies are used for the final analysis. In order to verify the hypothesis of the study, base on the questionnaire, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, measurement model analysis, validation of the measurement model, and structural equation model are used to verify the hypothesis. The analysis results are as follows. First, it is found that both horizontal and vertical networking behaviors, which are sub-factors of networking behavior, have a positive effect on major commitment. And no significant relationship between external networking behavior and major commitment are confirmed. Second, it is found that horizontal networking behavior and external networking behavior, which are sub-factors of networking behavior, have a positive effect on career preparation behavior. And no significant relationship between vertical networking behavior and career preparation behavior is confirmed. Third, it is found that major commitment has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. The results of this study are the results of confirming the effectiveness of networking activities of college students majoring in aviation service and showing that social ties contribute to specific career preparation behaviors. In addition, it is confirmed that interaction with other people increased attachment to the major and improved career planning activities.

본 연구에서는 항공서비스 전공 대학생의 학과적응, 긍정적 관계유지, 성장을 위한 도움의 필요성과 중요성을 인식하여 네트워킹행동이 전공몰입, 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 분석을 위해 항공서비스전공 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 총 245부를 최종분석에 사용 하였다. 연구의 가설을 검증하기 위해 설문을 바탕으로 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인 적 요인분석, 측정모형분석, 측정모형의 타당도 검증, 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 가설검증을 실시하 였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 네트워킹행동의 하위요인인 외부 네트워킹행동을 제외한 수평 네 트워킹행동, 수직 네트워킹행동은 모두 전공몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 네 트워킹행동의 하위요인인 수평 네트워킹행동, 외부네트워킹행동은 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났으나 수직 네트워킹행동의 유의한 관계는 확인하지 못하였다. 셋째, 전공몰입은 진 로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 항공서비스 전공 대학생의 네트워킹활동의 효과를 확인하고 사회적 유대가 구체적인 진로준비행동에 기여함을 나타내는 결과이 다. 또한, 다른 사람들과 상호작용은 전공에 관한 애착을 높이고 진로를 계획하는 활동을 향상시킴을 확인하였다.
