The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the mediating factors affecting adolescents' smartphone addiction and cyber delinquency. Research on smartphone addiction and cyber delinquency among teenagers has been actively conducted in recent years. As a result of review of prior studies, the main focus of the majority of smartphone addiction studies are related to personal variables such as self-control, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and stress. There is a lack of research on relationship of smartphone addiction, cyberdelinquency and attachment effects with parents, teachers and peers which teens are most affected. Therefore, this study tried to empirically confirm whether attachments with parents, teachers, and peers mediate smartphone addiction and cyber delinquency. To achieve the purpose of this research, a parallel multiple mediator model analysis was conducted using questionnaire data from a total of 2,423 first graders in 131 middle schools, using parental attachment, teacher attachment, and peer attachment as mediation variables. As a result of the analysis, it was found that adolescents' smartphone addiction was directly related to cyber delinquency. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of parental attachment, peer attachment, and teacher attachment, it was confirmed that only parental attachment had a significant mediating effect. Based on these research results, it is necessary to preemptively check whether adolescents are addicted to smartphones to prevent cyber delinquency. Moreover, education on the correct use of smartphones by parents can be more effective than teachers.

이 연구의 목적은 청소년의 스마트폰 중독과 사이버 비행행위 사이에 영향을 미치는 매개 요인을 경험적으로 분석함에 있다. 청소년의 스마트폰 중독과 사이버 비행에 대한 연구는 최 근 활발히 진행되고 있다. 선행연구 검토 결과 스마트폰 중독 관련 연구들은 직접적인 관련 변인에 관한 연구가 대다수였다. 그마저 자기통제, 자존감, 우울, 불안, 스트레스 등 개인적 변인에 대한 연구가 주를 이뤘다. 스마트폰 중독, 사이버비행과 청소년들이 가장 많은 영향을 받는 세 집단 부모, 교사, 또래와의 관계에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구는 부모, 교사, 또래와의 애착이 스마트폰 중독과 사이버비행을 매개하는지 실증적으로 확인하 고자 하였다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 총 131개 중학교 1학년 총 2,423명의 설문자료 를 이용하여 부모애착, 교사애착, 또래애착 등을 매개변수로 병렬적 다중 매개효과 분석 (parallel multiple mediator model)을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 청소년의 스마트폰 중독은 직 접적으로 사이버비행과 관계있는 것으로 나타났다. 부모애착, 또래애착, 교사애착의 매개효 과를 검증한 결과, 부모애착만이 유의미한 매개효과를 가진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러 한 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년들의 스마트폰 중독 여부를 미연에 확인하여 사이버비행으로 나아가지 않도록 하는 선제적 조치가 필요하며, 학부모 연계를 통한 청소년의 올바른 스마트 폰 사용 교육이 효과적일 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다.
