The research verified the reliability and validity of the tool for the purpose of providing the applicability to the field by Draw-a-Person-in-the-Rain (DAPR) test as a measure for stress measurement of college students. To verify the reliability and validity, 553 college students were gathered for cluster sampling. The measurement tools used a Lack-SRC designed by Lack(1996) and a revised version of the Life Stress Scale for College Students(RLSS-CS) by Chon, Kim, and Yi (2000). The data analysis obtained inter-item consistency, intra-rater reliability, and inter-rater reliability for overall reliability, and correlation analysis, factor analysis, and independent sample t-test were performed for validity verification. The following are the research results obtained through these processes. First, the verification results showed that the reliability of the DAPR test was high overall and that the internal consistency was relatively stable. Second, the verification results of the validity of the DAPR test showed that a total score of the stress levels is highly correlated with the existence and nonexistence of a puddle and the shape and size of the puddle in construct validity. Third, the result of the t-test that seeks the average difference in order to discover whether or not there is a difference in each item for the scores of the DAPR between high life stress groups and low life stress groups revealed that the high life stress groups tend to draw the picture of a person standing in a puddle as well as the picture where the raindrops splash in a puddle than the low life stress groups. Therefore, this study was the first attempt to verify the DAPR stress scale of college students, and is meaningful in that it provides the basis for the subsequent study.

본 연구는 빗속의 사람그림 검사가 대학생의 스트레스 측정을 위한 척도로써 현장 에 활용가능성을 제공하기 위한 목적으로 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 연구 대상은 충북 소재 대학생 553명을 군집표집하였다. 측정도구는 Lack(1996)에 의해 고 안된 Lack-SRC척도 체점 체계와 전겸구와 김교헌, 이준석(2000)의 개정판 대학생용 생활스트레스 척도(RLSS-CS)를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 신뢰도를 위해 내적일치도, 채점자내 및 채점자간 신뢰도를 구하였고, 타당도 검증을 위해 상관분석, 요인분석, 독 립표본 t검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 빗속의 사람그림 검사의 신뢰도 검증결과 전반적으로 높게 나타났으며, 비교적 안정된 내적일치도를 보였다. 또한, 채 점자내 신뢰도와 채점자간 신뢰도는 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 빗속의 사람그림 검사의 타 당도 검증결과 구인타당도에서는 스트레스 총점과 웅덩이 유무, 웅덩이 모양, 웅덩이 크기가 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 생활스트레스 상위집단과 하위집단 간 빗속의 사람그림 채점 항목별 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위해 평균차이를 구한 결과 생활스트 레스 상위집단이 하위집단보다 웅덩이에 서 있는 그림과 웅덩이에 빗물이 튀는 그림 을 그리는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생용 빗속의 사람그림의 스트레스 척도 타 당화 연구를 처음으로 시도하여 후속 연구의 발판을 마련하는데 의미가 있다.
