The purpose of this study is to find out the response characteristics of the Baum Test according to the emotional employees’ self-resilience, and to explore the potential as an index to determine the level of the emotional employees’ self-resilience. To this end, Baum Test and Korean Quotient of Resilience-53 (KQR-53) were performed on 164 emotional employees belonging to the emotional employee occupation group located in A city, Gyeonggi province. Among them, a total of 97 people were selected by dividing the upper 30% or higher into the upper group and the lower 30% or less into the lower group based on the score on the self-resilience scale. For data analysis, the upper and lower groups of the scores were expressed in terms of frequency and percentage, and cross-analysis was performed to determine the difference in response characteristics of the Baum Test according to formal and content analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the formal response characteristics of the Baum Test between the upper and lower groups according to the level of self-resilience of the emotional employees showed significant differences in the ground line and shade of the tree picture, but no significant differences in size and location. Second, the content response characteristics of the Baum Test between the upper and lower groups according to the level of self-resilience of the emotional employees showed significant differences in the stem, branch and waterways of the tree picture, but no significant differences were found in the roots. In conclusion, it suggests the possibility of use as a tool to identify tree drawings and the level of self-resilience of emotional employees.

본 연구는 감정노동자의 자아탄력성에 따른 나무검사의 반응특성을 알아보고, 감정노동자의 자아탄력성 수준을 알아볼 수 있는 지표로서의 가능성을 탐색하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이 를 위해 경기도 A시 소재 감정노동자 직업군에 속하는 8개 직장인 164명을 대상으로 나무검 사와 자아탄력성 척도검사(KQR-53)를 하였다. 이중 자아탄력성 척도 점수를 기준으로 상위 30%이상을 상위 집단, 하위 30%이하를 하위 집단으로 구분하여 총 97명을 선별하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 점수의 상, 하위 집단을 빈도와 백분율로 나타내었고, 형식적, 내용적 분석에 따른 나무검사의 반응특성의 차이를 위해 교차분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정노동자의 자아탄력성 수준에 따른 상위 집단과 하위 집단 간 나무검사의 형식적 반 응특성은 나무검사의 지면선, 음영에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으나 크기, 위치에서는 유의미 한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 감정노동자의 자아탄력성 수준에 따른 상위 집단과 하위 집 단 간 나무검사의 내용적 반응특성은 나무검사의 줄기, 가지, 수관에서 유의미한 차이가 나타 났으나 뿌리에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 나무검사는 감정노동자의 자 아탄력성 수준을 파악할 수 있는 도구로서의 활용 가능성을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다.
