The purpose of this study is to design a liberal arts curriculum that mixes online, field experiences, and classroom classes. In particular, on the assumption that the linked activities between the college and its local organizations would have a complementary effect, the research focused on field experience linked with local organizations or institutions. The precedent cases and relevant theoretical background was reviewed. IPA analysis was conducted by collecting survey responses from 30 college students. The questionnaire consisted of four sections including personal information, demand for field experience course, and satisfaction and performance both on theme of field experience and six core competencies of the university. As a result, the demand for experiential learning activities was high, indicating that college students are aware of the need for field experience courses. According to the result of IPA analysis, the activity themes for the course were decided, which are arts and fitness, career and employment, international organization campaign activities, and risk management like first aid. Accordingly, examples of relevant local organizations or institutions are presented. The designed course is blended and team teaching class, and it consists of theory class of the first week, experience activity of the second week, and presentation and sharing the result of field activity of the third week. This course can make the most use of the features of online classes, and off-classes, where students can experience and act on the theory learned in online classes.

이 연구는 대학교에서 온라인, 현장체험, 교실수업을 혼합하는 형태의 교양교과 목 설계를 하는 데 목적이 있다. 특히 학교가 위치한 지역과의 연계 가능한 체험활 동은 상호 보완의 효과를 가져올 것으로 예측하여 체험활동 주제와 관련 있는 지 역기관이나 단체와의 연계 중심으로 연구하였다. 선행사례와 이론적 배경을 근거 로 교과목 설계 가능성을 검토하였다. 대학생 30명을 대상으로 체험활동 교과목 수요도 및 만족도와 수행도 인식, D대학의 6대 핵심역량에 대한 만족도와 수행도 에 대한 설문 응답을 수집하여 IPA 분석을 하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 연계 가능한 지역기관 및 단체를 조사하였다. 체험학습 활동에 대한 수요도는 보통(3.00)보다 높은 3.97에 달하여 대학생들이 현장체험 교과목에 대한 필요성을 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. IPA 분석 결과 집중관리 체험활동은 다섯 항목으로 선별되어 예 체능 활동, 진로와 취업 활동, 국제기구 및 캠페인 활동, 응급조치 활동으로 분류 하여 수업내용을 설계하였다. 이에 따라 연계 가능한 지역기관과 단체의 예를 제시 하였다. 교과목의 특징은 온오프 혼합형, 팀티칭으로 구성되며 첫 주 이론수업, 둘 째 주 체험활동, 셋째 주 결과발표와 공유 등으로 구성된다. 장소와 시간이 유동적 이면서 학습자의 학습속도와 반복 등 맞춤식교육이 가능한 온라인 수업과 온라인 수업에서 학습한 이론을 몸소 체험하고 행동해보는 오프수업의 특징을 최대한 활 용할 수 있는 미래교육의 유형을 제시해보고자 하였다.
