As one of the earliest mature painting types in Chinese painting, meticulous painting has a long history and as the carrier of Chinese art and culture, it expresses the cultural concept and aesthetic spirit of Chinese people with its unique painting language in different historical periods. Throughout the history of Chinese fine arts, it is not difficult to find that in its thousands of years of development, in different dynasties, different cultural backgrounds, different social aesthetic tastes and political needs, meticulous painting as a cultural carrier also presents different cultural connotations and forms of expression in its specific historical period. This paper will study the impact of specific social culture on the development of meticulous painting, and then analyze the phenomenon of "new fine brushwork" in today's society, hereinafter referred to as "new meticulous painting". It is hoped that through this study, we can have a clearer understanding of the development of fine brushwork painting, base ourselves on the present and look forward to the future, so as to open up a broader space for future meticulous painting creation. Due to the convenience of today's world network information age and the high development of various image culture. The life style and concept of painters have also changed a lot. These factors make the Contemporary Meticulous Painting have a new look different from the past, that is, the "new fine brushwork" mentioned in this paper. The so-called "new" in this paper is only a relative concept, because the word "new" itself is a developing, dynamic rather than static state. "New Meticulous Brushwork" is a new concept emerging in recent years, "new" means new things different from the old and traditional. The word "Meticulous Brushwork" directly shows that although this new thing is different from the tradition, its essential attribute is still meticulous, and it still retains the basic characteristics of meticulous painting. Therefore, the combination of inheritance of tradition and innovation based on the present is the essence of new Meticulous Brushwork. The greatest charm of new Meticulous Brushwork is that it does not stay in an existing fixed mode, but combines its own understanding of life and art to create works of great aesthetic value and significance of the times.

공필화(工笔画)는 중국화 중 가장 먼저 발전한 회화의 한 종류로, 역사가 유구 하고 중국 예술문화의 매개체이자 시기별로 모두 독특한 회화 언어로 중국인들의 문화 이념과 심미적 정신을 표현하고 있다. 중국 미술사를 보면, 수천 년의 역사 동안 왕조 별, 문화적 배경별, 사회의 미적 취향과 정치적 필요에 의해 공필화도 특정한 역사 기간별로 서로 다른 문화적 함의와 표현 형식을 보이고 있다는 것을 어렵지 않게 알 수 있다. 본문은 특정한 사회문화가 공필화의 발전에 미치는 영향을 연구하여, 오늘날 사 회의 ‘신예공필(이하 신공필)’현상을 분석한다. 이번 연구를 통해 공필화의 발전에 대 해 보다 분명하게 인식하고, 현재에 입각해 미래를 전망하여 향후 공필화의 창작에 더 욱 넓은 공간을 마련할 수 있기를 바란다. 오늘날 글로벌 정보 시대의 편리함과 각종 그래픽 문화의 발전으로 화가의 생활 방식과 관념도 이전과 비교해 크게 변화했다. 이러한 요소는 모두 당대 공필화 창작에 이전과는 다른 새로운 모습, 즉 본문에 언급할 ‘신공필(新工笔)’이 나타나도록 했다. 본 문 중 소위 ‘신(新)’은 상대적인 개념일 뿐이다. ‘신’이라는 글자 자체는 발전하고 있는, 정지되지 않고 동태적인 상태를 말한다. ‘신공필’은 최근 몇 년 사이에 나타난 신개념으로, ‘신(新)’은 '구(旧)'와 다른, 전통과 다른 새로운 사물을 의미한다. ‘공필(工笔)’이 라는 글자는 이 새로운 사물이 전통과 차이가 있지만, 그 본질적인 속성은 역시 공필이 고, 또 공필화의 기본적인 특징이 남아 있다는 것을 직접적으로 설명한다. 따라서 전통 에 대한 계승과 현재에 입각한 혁신을 결합한 것이 바로 신공필의 본질이다. 신공필의 가장 큰 매력은 기존의 고정된 패턴에 머무르지 않고 자신의 생활과 예술에 대한 이해 를 결합해 심미적 가치와 시대적 의미를 지닌 작품을 창조한다는 것에 있다.

工笔画作为中国画中最早成熟的一个绘画种类，它历史悠久且作为中国艺术文化的 载体，在不同的历史时期都以其独特的绘画语言表达着中国人的文化理念和审美精神。纵 观中国美术史不难发现，在其数千年的发展历程中,在不同的朝代，不同的文化背景、不同 的社会审美趣味和政治需求下，作为文化载体的工笔画在其特定历史时期也呈现出不同的 文化内涵和表现形式。本文将通过研究特定的社会文化对工笔画发展的影响来进而分析当 今社会的“新锐工笔”现象，下文统一简称“新工笔”。希望通过这次研究能对工笔画的发展有 更清晰地认识，立足当下展望未来，为以后的工笔画创作开拓更为广阔的空间。 由于当今世界网络信息时代的便捷、各种图像文化高度发展。画家的生活方式和观 念较之前也发生了很大的变化，这些因素都促使当代工笔画创作有了不同以往的新面貌--- 即本文中提到的“新工笔”。本文中所谓的“新”只是一个相对概念，因为“新”字本身就是一个 发展着的、动态的而非静止的状态。“新工笔”是近几年出现的一个新生概念，“新”则意味着 有别于旧、有别于传统的新事物。“工笔”一词又直接说明了这个新事物虽然有别于传统，但 它的本质属性还是工笔，还保留着工笔画的基本特征。因此，对传统的继承和立足当下的 创新二者结合就是新工笔的本质。新工笔最大的魅力在于它没有停留在一种现有的固定模 式下，而是结合自己对生活、对艺术的理解创造出了极具审美价值和时代意义的作品。
