In a rapidly changing business environment, it is essential for a company to adapt to change and avoid risk factors. In other words, the importance of supply chain riskmanagement, which not only quickly recognizes various risks existing inside and outside a company, but also develops and continuously manages risk solutions, is increasing. This study empirically investigates the impact of high-order factors of relationship learning (information sharing, information distribution, interpretation sharing) about supply chain risk among supply chain partners on supply chain resilience (agility and robustness) that respond to the negative effects caused by supply chain fluctuations. Also, this study analyzes the effect of supply chain resilience on supply chain performance. In order to empirically investigate the relationship between them, a questionnaire surveywas conducted on 300 domesticmanufacturing companies listed in the National Enterprises List as of 2016, and a total of 101 copies were used to verify the hypothesis using PLS-SME, one of the structural equation models. As a result of the analysis, relational learning had a significant positive (+) effect on agility and robustness, which are factors of supply chain resilience. On the other hand, only agility among supply chain resilience had a significant positive (+) effect on supply chain performance. Robustness did not significantly affect the supply chain performance. This study is valuable in that it broadened the understanding of the role of information in supply chain riskmanagement bymicroscopically expanding the research on information sharing in the existing supply chain.

급변하는 경영환경에서 기업이 변화에 적응하고 위험요소들을 회피하는 것은 성공적인 기업활동의 필수요소라 할 수 있다. 즉, 기업 내·외부 에 존재하는 다양한 위험들을 신속히 인지하는 것뿐만 아니라 위험의 해결방법을 개발하고 지속적으로 관리하는 공급사슬위험관리의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 공급사슬 파트너 간 공급사슬위험에 관한 관계학습(정보공유, 정보배포, 해석공유)의 고차요인이 공급사슬변동에 의 해 발생된 부정적 영향에 대응하는 공급사슬회복탄력성 요소(민첩성과 강건성)에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명한다. 또한, 공급사슬회복탄력 성이 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이들 간의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하기 위해 2016년 기준 전국기업체총람에 수록된 국내 제조기 업 300개사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며 총 101부를 사용하여 구조방정식 모형 중 하나인 PLS-SME로 가설검증을 하였다. 분석결과, 관계 학습은 공급사슬회복탄력성의 요소인 민첩성과 강건성에 각각 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 한편, 공급사슬회복탄력성 중 민첩성만이 공급사 슬성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 강건성은 공급사슬성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 기존 공급사슬 정보공유에 관한 연 구를 미시적으로 확대함으로써 공급사슬위험관리에 대한 정보의 역할에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혔다는 점에서 가치가 있다.
