Cheongpodo is a starting point issued in 1952 by Cheongpodo literary coterie, which was based in the Gangneung area during the Korean War. Cheongpodo was published until the second edition of the following year. Hwang Geumchan, Choi Inhee, Kim Yujin, Lee Insoo, and Ham Hyeryeon participated. These beings are recorded in the history of literature as a meaningful driver of the Korean War, which was like a barren land. In addition, it has a symbolic status as an opportunity to form a full-fledged modern literary field in the Gangwon area. The history of these literary activities, including Hwang Geumchan, Choi Inhee, who led Cheongpodo literary coterie as teachers at the time, is still being talked about with a great influence on the field of Gangwon regional literature. Cheongpodo literary coterie shows a direct or indirect connection in the development of local literature in this period. This reminds us of the meaning of being a kind of supporter of the contemporary Cheongpodo literary coterie. Cheongpodo literary coterie is a spiritual supporter and core organization in Gangwon area, where the modern civilization was late. For the field of Gangwon regional literature, the 1960s was an era in which the literary activities of the 1950s continued and the generation of Cheongpodo literary coterie began to enter the literary field in earnest. Through these traces, it is possible to confirm the foundation and strength of the Gangwon regional literature, which pursued individuality and universality at the same time despite poor cultural conditions, including the literary sociological meaning of Cheongpodo literary coterie.

『청포도』는 한국전쟁기에 강릉 지역을 거점으로 활동했던 ‘청포도동인 회’가 발행한 시동인지이다. 1952년 창간호에 이어 이듬해 2집까지 발행되 었다. 동인으로는 황금찬, 최인희, 김유진, 이인수, 함혜련 등이 참여하였다. 창간 당시 황금찬과 최인희는 강릉사범 교사였고, 이인수는 직원, 김유진과 함혜련은 학생이었다. 이들 존재는 불모지와 같았던 한국전쟁기의 의미 있 는 동인 활동으로 문학사에 기록되고 있다. 또한 강원권 지역에서 본격적인 현대적 문학장을 형성하는 계기로서의 상징적 위상을 지닌다. 청포도동인 회 활동은 현재까지도 관련 문단에 많은 영향을 미치며 소환되는 실정이다. 당시 강원 영동권 문단은 비록 규모면에서는 조야한 수준이었지만 문학적 진정성만큼은 어느 지역에도 뒤지지 않았다. 또한 전문 동인 단체는 물론 학생 동아리까지 활약했던 만큼 본격적 문단 정립의 모양새를 갖춘다. 활동 범위 역시 개별 지역으로부터 범강원권, 전국권에 이른다. 청포도동인회는 이 시기의 지역 문학장 발전에 있어서 직간접적으로 영향을 미친다. 이는 단순한 인맥 관계를 넘어, 당대 청포도동인회가 지니고 있었던 일종의 후원 자로서의 의미를 포함한다. 청포도동인회는 근대 문명의 세례가 늦었던 강 원 영동권 지역에서 정신적 후원자이자 핵심 단체로서 1950년대 지역 문단 사를 주도하게 된다. 강원 영동권 문학장에 있어서 1960년대는 1950년대의 활동이 지속적으로 이어지는 동시에 청포도동인회 세대의 본격적인 문단 진출이 이루어진 시대이다. 또한 후배 세대의 의욕적이고도 전문적인 문학 활동이 전개되는 때이기도 하다. 『청포도』는 강원권 문단의 제도적 관계 구 성에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당하였다. 이러한 흔적을 통해 청포도동인회 의 문학사회학적 의미를 위시하여 열악했던 문화적 조건 속에서도 개별성 과 보편성을 동시에 추구했던 강원 영동권 문단의 기초와 저력을 확인할 수 있다.
