Damage from the dropout of piloti exterior materials due to strong wind occurs frequently during typhoon season between summer and autumn every year. Although the Korean Building Code (KBC2016) provides guidelines regarding the exterior material design of exterior walls and roofs of buildings, there are no guidelines for the finishing of piloti interior ceilings or the exterior materials of roofs. This study analyzed the distribution characteristics of the wind pressure coefficient for the interior of end-type or corner-type pilotis planned in the bottom part of high-rise buildings according to different heights of buildings. In the end-type pilotis, the peak wind pressure coefficient of the ceiling was large. Regardless of the building height, the maximum peak wind pressure coefficient appeared in the center part of the piloti. However, when the wind-direction inlet was located inside the piloti, the minimum peak wind pressure coefficient appeared in the corner. In the corner-type pilotis, the maximum peak wind pressure coefficient of the ceiling appeared in the corner, whereas the minimum peak wind pressure coefficient appeared in the outer edge of the ceiling.

여름철과 가을철 사이에 태풍 시즌 동안 강한 바람으로 인한 필로티 외장재의 낙하로 인한 손상이 자주 발생합니다. 한국 건축기준 (KBC2016)은 건물의 외벽 및 지붕의 외장재 설계에 관한 지침을 제공하지만, 필로티 내부 천장 또는 지붕의 외장재 마감에 대한 지침은 없습니다. 본 연구에서는 고층 빌딩 하단에 계획된 단부형 또는 코너 형 필로티 내부의 풍압계수 분포 특성을 건물의 높이에 따라 분석 하였습니다. 코너형 필로티에서 천장의 최고 풍압 계수는 크게 나타났다. 건물 높이에 관계 없이 최대 피크 풍압 계수는 필로티의 중앙 부분에 나타났습니다. 그러나 풍향 유입구가 필로티 내부에 위치했을 때, 최소 피크 풍압 계수가 코너에 나타났다. 코너형 필로티에서 천장의 최대 피크 풍압 계수는 모서리에 나타났고 최소 피크 풍압 계수는 천장의 바깥 쪽 가장자리에 나타났습니다.
