This study was conducted for 10 days from May 16 to 25, 2020 for public officials in charge of tourism in the wide-area and local governments, and the purpose of this study was explained by e-mail through a total questionnaire 250 public official system. Fifth, it can be seen that empowerment has a positive mediating role in relation to empowerment.
